Kindly staff room clean but pool not clean may be renovated now. Near hotel good restaurant KOREA barbeque it's good.

Pros: 1. Good variety of breakfast options. 2. Fitness center is surprisingly descent. Free weights, aerobics room, smith machine, barbells, machine weights and cardio machines. 3. Nice pool. 4. Plenty of sitting areas. 5. Location is away from the the Soi’s. 6. A/C works good. 7. ATM in the lobby. Cons: 1. Stains on comforter. 2. Stains on bed sheet. 3. Stains on towel mat. 4. After checking in, I inspected the bed and noticed a burgundy colored stain on the bed sheet. I asked the receptionist to change it out for a clean one. She asked me if I could wait until the next morning. I told her I’m not sleeping on someone else’s stain. I could tell it in her voice that she was irritated by my request as she was talking to her male colleague. 5. The maids replaced the previous comforter and bed sheet with ones that appeared to have even more stains. Needless to say, I did not sleep under the comforter for the two days I was there. 6. Customer service is subpar because hotel staff is very minimal in the evening. 7. Walls have stains and cracks. 8. Rooms are out dated and in need of remodeling (fresh paint, flooring, new curtains, etc.). Furniture, to include at the lobby area, is old and looks second hand. 9. My room was separated by a locked door and I could hear the other customers in their room. 10. Elevator has the smell of a hookah shop and a musty antique store. 11. Sewage smell outside of the elevator areas. 12. A lot of vehicle and motorbike noise all night, as well as dogs barking. I will not reserve a room here again. Definitely not worth what I paid.

Would have been lovely but the pool is being renovated and works going on daily putside the room. Not the most relaxing place atm Other than an empty pool and renos its good 👍

The room is spacious. Got upgraded to a first floor room next to the swimming pool. The balcony outside was dusty. There should be slippers provided. There are very few bathroom items. A shower cap should be added as well.

This is my 3rd stay at this hotel. It's great staff and location as it's quiet and away from the noisy nightlife when you want to sleep

Nice hotel with a sweet Service

The room assigned to me on the first night was very poor. Only one child could stand on the balcony. It was difficult to turn around. The toilet flushed very slowly and the shower head didn't work. The most surprising thing was that the sugar packets and coffee bars on the table were pulled out of the table. I chewed through the candy bag, but if there wasn't a mouse, it would have been with all four legs. Because the door was very wide, I moved to a room on the second night. The quality was much better. You can sit on the terrace to dry your clothes, and the toilet is good for showering. There was no damage, the space was large, and there were many cabinets. The refrigerator was very large and very cold, and the door grille was also very wide, so I used a towel to cover the door grille at night. There are no disposable toothbrushes, only soap and headgear. There is a fitness room with a lot of equipment. The swimming pool is not big and the water is green. Many flowers and leaves fell on the swimming pool and no one cleaned it. I just didn’t dare to soak in the water. Heading into the water, the hotel is more than ten minutes away from T21. There is a straight road about four to five blocks away, all of which are flat roads. There are 7 restaurants about three blocks ahead of the hotel, and there is a large Lotus store across the street one block further. There is a food court in the supermarket with affordable prices. Summary: The location is good, the room breakfast is acceptable for more than 300 yuan a night, and it is not difficult to communicate in Thai using Google Translate. There is no need to pay any deposit.
