Hotel is not to far from the shopping malls, you may need 10 to 15 mins walk to the terminal 21 mall. But you can take baht car for 10 baht one way also. I did not try the hotel breakfast buffet because they have too much tours. Room are decent and the air condition is cool. Water pressure from the shower head is low pressure, but they do have a bath tub if you like. Toilet doesnt flush well. The kettle is very dirty and has so much stains on it. When i request to change another one, they asked me to talk to front desk for everything. The blanket has so much yellow and some blood stains. The water in the sink runs too slowly in my room. The bed is kind of hard and the pillows are too high and hard, not very comfortable. Even though I did not try their swimming pool, but it is pretty. It is on the top of the hotel and it may be too burning during the hot weather. 7 eleven is one block away. There is many bars, some restaurants nearby. There is no tooth brush and tooth paste provided. So please bring your own. The bedsheets and the blanket covers are full of their air fresher smell. For guests are sensitive to smell ir chemicals, it us not a good idea. The front desk ladies are pretty nice to me during my stay.

The hotel left a good impression. The only issue is that there were no toothbrushes and they call it a 5 star hotel…

Worth the price we paid but renovations happening so not everything was open.

The wifi was not provided occasionally. The situation was not improved in many rooms even thought we have moved to other rooms.

Decent hotel for its price. Convenient location, not on Pattaya Road, but for beach lovers it’s a bit far, 10-15 minutes walk in the heat. Breakfast is Asian style, monotonous, but you can fill up. Nice rooftop pool. The room is cleaned every day. Of the minuses: there is no air conditioning in the corridors and lobby, there is only one elevator - sometimes you have to wait a long time. Apparently the hotel is used as an overnight stay for Chinese tourist groups. Every morning you can see their departure and then the arrival of new parties.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and really enjoyed it. But we rented a mini-suite, breakfast was included. The room is very big, there is everything. The bed is comfortable and wide, the air conditioner does not blow on the bed. There were 3 windows, different lighting. The room has a safe, small refrigerator, TV, 2 armchairs, mini kitchen. The cleaning was excellent, there was a bath. Delicious-smelling shampoo, gel and soap. Breakfast is normal, a little monotonous, but there is plenty to choose from - eggs, omelettes, various noodles, rice and vegetables, meat. Location - 10-15 minutes from the sea on foot, you need to walk. Terminal 21 is a 7-10 minute walk, the lunch there was always delicious. Here and there, there are a lot of cafes nearby. In short, I recommend it.
