The hotel is so good. I enjoyed my stay. I liked the space in the rooms and the breakfast. I was satisfied the room services

I enjoyed my stay after we were upgraded for a misunderstanding. So staff takes care. Would love it if room service worked but it's a great hotel none the less.

The hotel Location is bit far from current city. The Aircon makes so much noise. Service was not good either. Won’t go there next time. No wifi 2 or 3 star hotel. Not value for money

Good pool, clean room No wifi I. The room which was annoying Perfect location, so many bars and restaurants surrounding it.

This hotel near city, is good for go city and beach. The cleanning of room also good, no noise st room. Good service. And the price is reasonable.

The deluxe rooms are normal, the water in the pool was clean, but everything else leaves much to be desired. When you go up in the elevator, everything is covered in cobwebs, the windows are very dirty.

Overall satisfied, good value for money, good service attitude. There is a bellman who can speak Chinese and has the best attitude. The front desk does not speak Chinese. The breakfast is okay but the same. It is a bit monotonous for me who stayed for 12 days. There are many Chinese teams and the facilities are a bit Old. You need to know how to take a tuk-tuk in Pattaya, otherwise it’s not cheap to take a taxi.

The room facilities are very new and very clean. It is perfect except for the location, which is a bit remote. However, the transportation here is very convenient. There is a songthaew at the door, mini Big C is opposite, and 7-11 is next to it. There is a night market and many massage parlors nearby. Shopping, dining, life and entertainment are no problem. The service staff are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude. The swimming pool is very large. You can ask the service staff for swimming towels. The morning buffet is also very good, from 6 to 10 in the morning. All in all, this stay was great! I will definitely book this hotel again next time I come here

Facilities: The room and bathroom are large, with a refrigerator, desk, coffee table, large water volume and high temperature, and strong air conditioning, but the TV is older. Hygiene: clean and tidy. Environment: You need to take a taxi or drive yourself. It is far away from the beach, pedestrian street and pier, and half an hour away from the Temple of Truth and Terminal 21. Service: Breakfast was so-so. The front desk doesn't speak English or Chinese very well.
