The best thing about this place is its location. It's near the beach, the central mall, the walking street and everything.

For the price can't complain much.

The accommodations are clean, the caretakers and housekeepers are friendly and speak well, but there is little parking.

The service of the staff was good, but the B&B was not good. They said there were windows, but they were 10cm away from the wall, so there was no ventilation at all. The room was very damp and stuffy. There was obvious dirt on the pillow, so I ended up sleeping on clothes. The quilt was not clean either, and there was obviously a lot of residue, so I ended up sleeping in clothes. The location is indeed good, but I will never stay here again! After all, I spent more than 100 yuan, so at least I could sleep, and I don’t ask for good facilities! I will never come again!

We made a reservation on July 7, from 439.97 baht per night to 363.62 baht. Check-in at 4 o'clock. The bed is soft, sleeps very comfortable, quiet, cool air conditioner. The service staff are very impressed. There are staff to send and give advice, free wifi, near Central Festival Pattaya Beach and next to the beach Check out at 11 o'clock, 20 days later, will definitely stay again.

Within price range a good hotel very near to tourist places and can easily get baht bus outside hotel

Value for money, and feel comfortable stay, the staffs and other property persons are simple and very cooperative, location is very good, overall good the only minus i feel there is no safety box in room but we can keep our valuables at reception there is safety box with personal key, so problem solved.
