Located along Pattaya Beach, you can enjoy a panoramic view of the coast from the second floor terrace. If you are considering this, you are probably not comparing it to a luxury resort hotel, and assuming that you are not someone who wants to enjoy hotel life to the fullest, the location is very good as a place to stay when traveling to Pattaya. There is a 7-Eleven 1 minute walk away (a must when traveling) and Walking Street 5 minutes walk away, so you can explore the surrounding area within walking distance.
Although it is a lodging facility, there is no laundry service. There is a laundry machine 1 minute walk away, but the dryer was out of order. Even if you choose, there is no place to dry clothes other than the bathroom, so it might be a bit of a problem. The front receptionists, both male and female, are friendly and give a very good impression. There was a fireworks display on Pattaya Beach during our stay, and we could see it from the communal terrace on the second floor. I highly recommend it!

The location is excellent. The room is large and has a sea view. It is convenient to go there after passing the 10-minute drive. It’s just that there’s no elevator. It’s hard to come here every day! ! But the sex price is okay!
