A normal hotel in terms of price-quality-cost, good breakfasts, large rooms with a balcony, convenient room service, a swimming pool in every building. Car parking is also free, we were there for Thai New Year, and we found a place without any problems. I wouldn't stay here for more than three days. Quite far from the party scene of Pattaya and the beach. Recommend for a short stop in Pattaya. There is one caveat: the hotel has mostly Indians and Chinese, but it didn’t bother me; by and large, you meet them mainly at breakfast.

Stayed in the room for 2 nights and overall the experience was ok. The hotel came with a good discount. The hotel itself consists of 3 buildings, we lived in building 3. The hotel is old but well maintained, in places of course worn out but overall cozy. Well cleaned, spacious room, normal American breakfast. Of the minuses, there was a lot of audibility on my floor; there were a lot of Chinese living there; they were very loud. The water in the pool smells bad. In general, it feels like one big hostel))
If you take it only at a discount and not for long.
