Останавливались на одну ночь. Отель под уставший, но этот недостаток компенсируется радушием и доброжелательным отношением персонала. Местоположение превосходное, все в шаговой доступности и шоппинг молы и бич роуд. В отеле можно покушать за очень скромные деньги. Завтраки не плохие, голодным точно не останешься. Интересно, что на ресепшен есть не большие шкафы с древней тайской кухонной утварью, стоит как экспонат старенький Харлей. Нам очень понравился отель.

We stayed with my husband in this hotel for 2 weeks in December 2023. We liked the location of the hotel, in the center of Pattaya, a 3-minute walk from the waterfront, but the hotel is located on a quiet street. The view from the room was amazing! We was pleased with the presence of a large swimming pool in the hotel. The hotel staff is very friendly and ready to help with any questions. We will stay at this hotel next time! The perfect combination of price and quality!

The restaurant is very good and inexpensive. Breakfast is fine, the omelettes are perfect. Coffee could use an upgrade. WiFi is very good but it falls quite often and you have to reload.
The pools are a pleasure. The beach is a 5 minute walk and the views from the room are excellent. Staff are wonderful. I love the original art work on the walls, the sculptures and furniture in the lobby. This is one of my favorite hotels, it’s something in between a boutique and budget hotel. Lots of character. I have stayed here many times and plan to stay many times more.

The hotel is a little tired, the lock in our room broke on the second day, they wanted to move us to a room on the floor below with a worse view, but we insisted on repairing the lock in order to stay in our room, in the end the lock was changed and we were left in our room. Breakfast was simple, but quite sufficient, we didn’t leave hungry. 2 minutes to the sea, 5 minutes to the shopping center. The street is quiet, no bars disturbed my sleep. The safe is big enough, the room is spacious, it’s nice to watch the sunset on the balcony. The air conditioner worked perfectly, the unit is not on the balcony, but on the back side of the building, the noise from it is inaudible. There were very few sockets in the room, one near the bed and one near the table (there is also one right at the entrance to the room, apparently for cleaning) and of course one in the bathroom for a hairdryer. For some reason, our room was not cleaned once. We checked out at night, everything went very quickly. Considering the price, it's a decent option despite its shortcomings.

Khunnai's house is a good place to stay. Breakfast is good at a certain level. The employees speak well and are helpful. And there is enough parking. Every room has a sea view, very beautiful. Recommended. Going to Pattaya, I will choose to stay here again. I really like it.
