It's a nice hotel in a fantastic place by the sea. Rooms are quirky but comfortable, staff nice.

Unsanitary, smelly, out dated, and short staffed. This hotel needs a serious renovation. What have you been doing during COVID?!

Great Location, the hotel is close to the Night Market, beach, and Convenience Store.

The hotel is getting older.. room size m was very spacious

This hotel faces Jomtien beach and walking distance to everything : snorkelling, diving companies, massages, coffee shop, food, beaches. There is a 7-11 in front and a nice coffee shop with air con and outdoor seating. The XS (I think standa for extra small??) room is very spacious with two tatami beds and a small balcony. Too bad the room does not face the beach but is ok as the beach is just across the street.

The hotel employee was very rude

The girl at reception is not friendly and room is not clean, air conditioner is noisy.

The location of the hotel is perfect because it is close to the beach and near restaurants. The decor is modern and clean. We stayed in an L room with partial sea view. Next time we will book an XL room with a direct view of the sea.

A negative review must be a negative review! If I could get a negative score, I really wouldn’t want to give it even a single point! ! I have stayed in many hotels of various sizes at home and abroad. This was the first time I was so disgusted that I couldn't help but write a review. Chinese courtesy? nonexistent! Chinese service? The front desk didn't even speak English well and couldn't understand it! Indoor and outdoor swimming pools? absolutely not! The front desk (the man in the video) seriously discriminates against Chinese people! ! ! They made a mistake in booking information and refused to communicate without even looking at the check-in voucher. We contacted the platform ourselves and only confirmed that we could check in. The front desk looked sad from beginning to end without a single apology, and they only repeatedly emphasized that smoking is not allowed in the entire hotel. I didn’t say anything else... As for the rooms, it’s even worse. They deliberately gave us a room with a bad floor and problems when there were still vacancies, but they didn’t change it! The bathroom overflows directly into the room, and the toilet needs to be manually reached into the water tank every time before it can be flushed. The most ridiculous thing is that there are cigarette butts everywhere outside the balcony [picking your nose]. When you finally check out, you will be disgusted again. They said there was a smell of cigarette smoke in our room and they wanted to refuse the deposit again haha~ I can't stop complaining about the terrible experience. I just want to advise everyone to avoid this pitfall and never come to this place!

I like the style. There is a night market below, which is convenient for food and accommodation. Almost all people here are Eastern Europeans, which is suitable for vacation. The room I booked is just right for a family of three.

Loft style. Clean, neat. Calmly! The area is great. We will recommend the hotel.
