In the room, towels are changed daily, bed sheets are changed daily, general cleaning is done daily (without reminder), air conditioning, safe, refrigerator, TV (there are Russian TV channels), breakfast menu to choose from, I can’t speak for the kitchen (we were constantly somewhere and returned late and not hungry, well, we didn’t have to have dinner), I can say for the cocktails, I really liked them, I’m writing this only because we tried them in different places and on different islands), the staff is terribly responsive, positive and smiling, even one girl (the waiter) knew a little Russian words - it was nice, because the hotel is mostly populated by European tourists, beach towels (no problem), to the beach... just across the road🎅 on the beach there are sunbeds for 50 and 100 baht each, the sea is warm and the beach is clean (cleaned), from the hotel To the left and to the right there are shops 7/11 and more, a night market (mill) on foot for about 5 minutes, where any fresh (juice) costs 25 baht. Leaving the hotel anywhere is no problem!

First time in Thailand for us (UK & China couple). The hotel has such a great location, right on the beach! We had a balcony facing the beach on the 4th floor which had a great view both daytime and evening. Even tho you are on the beach road, it’s still quiet at night to sleep. The room was big and clean, had a safe and a fridge with cold bottled water (replaced daily). The air conditioner was also very efficient too! The staff are super friendly and reception is available at all times of day and night to ensure you are well looked after and secure! The restaurant downstairs is nice, and it has an Elvis show at the weekends. There is a 500 baht deposit, returned at the end of your stay. We had a breakfast included in the price of the room - it was very nice but the options seemed to differ depending on who served you, which was quite amusing. The shower was only cold water - we did say a few times to the guy on evening reception. He said he’d have someone look at it, but it never got hot so maybe it’s meant to be like that. Not to worry, it’s a hot country so a cold shower is quite refreshing! Overall the hotel is in a great place and is a stone throw away from the main bars/restaurants and the night market. You are both in the action and have the comfort and quietness to relax and rest. We had a great time, our first ever trip to Thailand! This hotel is definitely a very good choice if you wish to holiday in Jomtien!

My room was a good size, well fitted out and clean. Other than a small amount of noise on Saturday night (to be expected) the location was quiet. The food was excellent, varied and of a good quality. I thoroughly enjoyed eating there. Staff were consistently pleasant and helpful.

Ich habe mich im Boathouse sehr wohl gefühlt.
Alle Mitarbeier waren sehr freundlich und immer bereit zu helfen.
Das Hotel ist direkt an der Beachroad dadurch etwas lauter durch den Verkehr aber zum Balkon gibt es zwei Türen damit es ruhiger ist im Zimmer.
Und der "ElVIS" ist auch sehr gut

Hier een week verbleven als afsluiter van onze vakantie in Pattaya. We dachten dat dit het beste hotel van onze reeks zou zijn, helaas was het het slechtste. Kamers redelijk maar niet wauw. Ontbijt, we zijn vegans, was niet te regelen zonder toeslagen. Na lang en zwaar aandringen kregen we dat toch wat aangepast eten. Maar ook dat was een lachtertje. De vriendelijkheid van de meeste van de personeelsleden was zeer ver te zoeken. Wat een mooie afsluiter moest zijn was een domper van formaat.
