วันไหลพัทยาวัน16 เจ้าของน่ารักมากค่ะ ตอนไปหนูไปเช็คอินดึกพี่เค้าก็อยู่รอ แถมตอนเช็คเอาค์ พี่เจ้าของก็ถามว่าไปไหนต่อ รู้สึกประทับใจมากๆค่ะ ครั้งหน้ามาอีกแน่นอน หวังว่าครั้งหน้ายังจำกันได้นะคะ5555

horrible check in experience, they denied to check in first ,they say they haven't recieved money from Trip.com .then they asked more money for check in, they say the amount i paid with trip.com is not sufficient .it's a very cheaper price .after fighting 1-2 hour they allowed a room with just stair case ,and it is on 3rd floor ,very narrow and dangerous stair. and i rejected that option .again i fight with them and say i will complaint . anyway finally got the right room . very unprofessional fellows.
