Very good hotel

I do not understand the positive comments here. This hotel is a scam 5 star hotel and should have maximum 3 stars. Terrible service and very old. Breakfast you cant choose, you get what you get! Prevent if you can, overpriced and bad quality. Location is good.

The location is abit secluded but in Pattaya are like that. The place looks very grand and the room are very spacious. Staff are nice but the hotel don’t have international plug to lent so do advise bring one if you needed it. Breakfast are good. Recommended to stay with family and definitely will go back again if going to Pattaya again

The room was excellent, clean and quiet. The only downside was that the hot water in the bathtub wasn't very hot.

I have stayed in the hotel many times and I find it quite convenient. As for breakfast, I felt just average. There are very few colors in the morning, and there are not many things suitable for Chinese people. Some other environmental conditions are quite good.

The environment is very quiet, a little far from the pedestrian street

The big plus of this hotel is its location. But the rooms are of course very tired. The big problem was with the air conditioning. When they turned it on, they froze. And sleeping without it in the heat is still a pleasure. Breakfast is good, but I don’t understand why at the egg station they prepare scrambled eggs and omelettes in advance?! They're cooling down.

We arrived at the hotel on February 24, 2024. When checking out at the counter for 30 minutes, they couldn’t find our reservation, then they said you haven’t paid for it. They returned the passports and turned away. We booked and paid for two rooms for 4 adults. It was as if they didn’t see us. After a long flight and transfer from Bangkok, I wanted to get into my room and relax. In a word, it tickled my nerves and was very unpleasant. It feels like they don’t know other bookings besides Booking. For everything else, there are no complaints. Good location of the hotel, comfortable rooms and order.

The facilities are old and smelly, but the rest is good

The hotel is a 5-minute walk from the Jomtien bus station, and the beach is behind it. It is quiet at night and the sea breeze blows, so you won't feel hot. Every time I come to Pattaya, I will come to the hotel to stay.

It's conveniently close to the beach. The service is great. The pool had a nice beach view and there was no inconvenience when using the pool or breakfast.

Service is average

The location is very good. But the room is quite old, smells musty, there are many foreigners, especially Russians, few employees, service is not in time.
