The room is very spacious. The breakfast is delicious and diverse, well worth the price. Book for 3 people and pay only 1500 baht!! Great value, cats stay for free, sleep comfortably, large swimming pool. All employees provide very good service.
Disadvantages: When taking a shower, you have to stand on the bathtub. You're afraid of slipping. If you have elderly people with you, you have to be careful. The restaurant does not have air conditioning. It was very hot. You could only sit and eat a little because it was too hot. The hotel location is a bit far from Pattaya city. But overall it is considered good and very worth it.

Less parking, good service, not bad, pool not clean at all. The corridors are dusty, the food is mediocre, but I like the room. It's very big, convenient, kitchenware, complete equipment, including a washing machine, which is excellent. Big TV, clean new towels, clean bathroom, just the floor is old but not serious. The view is very good, panoramic to the area behind the hotel. Next to a public park, shady trees. There is a restaurant next door. You don't have to go anywhere. The hotel has WiFi disconnected every 2 hours. Counters and grocery stores are very good. The room rates are not very expensive. There are many zones. The hotel is next to a beautiful beach where you can swim. The beach is quite private, not many people.

The location is very remote, hard to get transportation..the room is tired and the furniture is very very outdated, the breakfast is terrible and unbeatable. There was lizard in the villa, had to check out immediately even If I already paid for more 2 nights but the family wouldn’t not stay in this accommodation.
