The hotel is located in the good location. Just a few minute walk to Pattaya Beach. There are many shops and restaurants nearby hotel. Staffs are very helpful. Breakfast is good. I would love to stay here again next time.

The hotel is next to the beach and central marina, quite comfortable. There is a parking lot under the hotel. The most impressive thing is the service of the staff. ^^

Stayed for only 1 night, the location is great where shopping malls were just steps around, 24 hours stay policy and lazy breakfast are just awesome.

Good reception attitude, large room, convenient location, both sides of the intersection can pass.

Good place.. just the lane when we driving is abit not so ideal due to many people walking in the road.. Will visit again.. Nice breakfast

This is my second time staying here. The main reason is that it is still very new. The location is convenient, including songthaews running to the north and south. There are large shopping malls, restaurants, money change shops, massage parlors nearby for shopping, eating, leisure, etc... And it takes two or three minutes to walk to Beach Road. Breakfast is served until 4pm, which is also suitable for people who get up late.

The Payaa hotel is well situated with entrances from 2 streets.. Breakfast served until 4pm is a real bonus . The staff are so courteous and friendly.. which makes for a very relaxing stay ..

Small but quality hotel. Smart staff who are customer service oriented. Some staff can speak Chinese and Thai also. Pick up in the back Alley is convent but may throw off grab drivers. Overall good place to stay.

5 stars except for the limited choices for breakfast, also no signing to room for F&B. view from the room was also poor (construction site).

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient and close to many shops and restaurants. The facilities were clean and well-maintained. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

24 hour check in and out was really worth to stay. The room was a bit low in ceiling height but not too awkward to stay. Soft pillows and bed for a good sleep throughout the night. Breakfast from7.00am to 4pm was another worthy for money,including a la carte and standard buffet including bread and salad. Good service and friendly staffs
