The hotel service is good. The front desk does not speak Chinese. Communication is barrier-free using translation software. The Internet-famous Mermaid Cliff Restaurant is just across the road. Except for three nights, the hotel upgraded our room. The original room was only 27 square meters, and the room was twice as big! And a little sea view!

The hotel is new, very good, but there are a lot of disadvantages for a 5* hotel
What I really didn’t like was that the windows of the room looked out onto some abandoned area, right next to the windows there were a bunch of electrical wires on poles, under the windows there was a 24-hour bus stop that started up and ran loudly, and you could hear the engine noise right in the room, this is very bad :(
Breakfast is unique - there is good champagne and the opportunity to order 2 dishes from the menu.
