Having just ready the review by Mashy2008. I would reiterate all their comments about this place too. Like many others, this was a delayed trip due to Covid and Doreen couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating, which just carried on throughout the whole pre, during and post our holiday. Everything was well organised with Spiros collecting us from the port and taking us to Glyfada. Lovely welcome and intro. It is very steep, although there are golf buggies that can be used to help. Our villa was just fine for 2 of us (our adult children joined us for 1 week and had their own villa too). We stayed for 10 days and the villa had air con which really helped, seating area and kitchen with toaster, kettle (great for us tea drinkers), normal sized fridge, cups, glasses, plates, cutlery and coffee machine. Bathroom had shower and was ok. There was shampoo and shower gels, but not that we used them. There is no TV, but we didn't miss it at all. There is wifi. Nice touch as cleaner left us some washing up liquid as we forgot to bring some, so we could wash up the cups and glasses we used. Outside, nice view of the sea and chairs and table, plus hanging and pegs for use too. This has to be the first time in years I haven't had to worry about sun beds. There are plenty, either on the beach, decking area there too, plus at the 2 pools. We preferred the salt water one, with nice view and the beach. Sea lovely and you get a key to access the private more secluded beach too, which is really nice too. We enjoyed the breakfast in restaurant by beach and there was plenty of bread, rolls, croissants, meats, cheese, jams, honey, plus orange juice, fruit, yogurt, cereals and tea and coffee. Decent start to the day. We did have lunch in the same restaurant on many days. It was in the shade, with nice breeze, so good to get out of the sun for a bit. Food really good and reasonable prices. We did try the taverna on the beach, but food not as good and more expensive. The cocktails were ok though. They also have paddle boards, etc to hire there. At the other end of the beach is Ben's bar. We did try here one late afternoon, but it was crazy. People throwing drink everywhere and clearly out of hand. I think this was a one off. in any event both this and the taverna close in the evening as service those visiting for the day. There are plenty of boats that moor in the bay and come to the bar. Also, Glyfada has table tennis, tennis and basketball. We had fun on the table tennis for a small fee. We ate at Glyfada in the evenings too and this restaurant is up by the salt water pool and it set in the olive trees with lights. Very Mamma Mia! Food really good, with sufficient options for us all and to avoid having to have the same thing during our stay. Spiros taxi is a great idea. Liked that takes you to Loggos on Tuesday and Lakka on Thursday for fee at 7pm and collects you at 10pm. Well worth going to both as some great restaurants and bars. We did get a
