Fantastic B&B with a gorgeous pool, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast with a freshly baked goodies. There is an abundance of amazing restaurants in the nearby town with a great choice of the freshest fish and seafood. The roads are very accessible from here and it is easy to visit all the interesting and beautiful places around which include Loreto, Recanati, Torre di Palme, Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Montelupone, Montecosaro, Treia, Montecassiano, Sarnano, Fermo and many others. Roberto, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. The only issue here is a very hard water with a painfully slow-running shower, but this is rather a common issue in many other places in Italy we stayed in. The mosquito screens on the patio door would also be very helpful. Should we decide to visit this area again in the future, we would choose this place to stay in again without any hesitation.

Location perfetta posizionata su un colle con vista mare stupenda . Le camere pulite e spaziose. Si affacciano direttamente sul prato curatissimo e sulla piscina. Colazione ottima , personale gentilissimo .

Maybe one of the last real hideaways,family run and super special! It’s quiet and private,has a gorgeous see view and breakfast is wonderful. Very tasty handmade cakes and high quality food. The owner is very helpful with tips around the region and restaurants. Highly recommended!!

Assolutamente consigliato. Pulito, tranquillo, accogliente. Abbiamo trascorso un weekend immersi nella tranquillità della struttura e della collina circostante. Splendido il panorama sul mare. Cordialità e disponibilità dei titolari fanno sentire a proprio agio in tutto.. e come non sempre accade, le immagini del sito corrispondono esattamente alla realtà. Esperienza da ripetere e da consigliare.

Il posto è incantevole, tranquillo ma allo stesso tempo a poca distanza dal mare e dai locali del lungomare. La vista è difficilmente battibile. L'accoglienza, la premura e la disponibilità dei titolari è da 10 e lode.

Wij zijn 9 dagen eind juli 2021 in villa capodarco geweest. Wij verbleven in het appartement met panoramisch uitzicht. Het appartement was net volledig gerenoveerd. Alles was gloed nieuw en het uitzicht mooi over de adriatische zee. Het ontbijt was italiaans met veel zoetigheden. Roberto was attent en behulpzaam.

Un paradiso vero, tutto perfetto dalla stanza, alla colazione, si passa dalla stanza veramente pulita al giardino con le palme e la piscina per rilassarsi con la vista del mare, il personale molto cordiale e attento.

We have just returned from another wonderful stay at the Villa.We stayed in the apartment which was completely new and very well designed.There was loads of space including a very private little terrace.The apartment was very comfortable and a great addition to the standard bedrooms.The location is fantastic and the grounds are extensive and beautiful.The ambience is of total relaxation. Roberto is a great host and copes with all demands.I would highly recommend the Villa Capodarcoand hope to return soon again.

la struttura è davvero splendida, posizione invidiabile, con bellissima piscina immersa nel verde e vista mare, camere spaziose e funzionali, molto pulite e arredate in maniera semplice ma con gusto. Il proprietario persona squisita molto cordiale e disponibile. Anche la colazione ci ha lasciati molto soddisfatti con diverse prelibatezze fatte in casa. Noi ci torneremo e consigliamo di andarci senza dubbio. Top.!
