"Everyone is so lovely. We were treated so kindly. The villa is stunningly beautiful and the grounds are amazing. Our room is very comfortable and well appointed. We loved it so much we added another night because we did not want to leave. We had a light dinner at the restaurant which was perfect and a fantastic breakfast. Our new favorite place!"

"I stayed one night in this hotel and I found myself good. The room was very comfortable and with a beautiful view of the surrounding cocks and the Adriatic on the background. The staff was very nice. Moreover, because there was no public funding at that time, he offered to accompany me to the station free of charge, and I would like to thank you again for that. If I return to this pleasant city in the future, I hope I will return to the hotel."

Tried to think of some way of making it work but there's no kitchen of sorts no fridge no kettle ... ugghhh. Shame. I felt like telling the owner I'm not a blessed refugee but thought to just crack on with getting out of there. Paid €250 for 3 hours of deliberation how to get out of there"

"We first stayed at this hotel whilst visiting relatives in nearby Porto St Giorgio about 20 years ago and have visited off-and-on a few times since then. Last week we made our fourth or fifth visit. The rooms are spacious, it is always spotlessly clean, and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is always pretty good, with plenty of fresh pastries, fruit, fruit juices and coffee. The hot breakfast food is a little 'mass catering', but is nonetheless as good as, if not better than, corporate hotels I have stayed at in Milan. Plenty of other reviews will tell you about the pool (I have only used it once and it was fine), the proximity to the beach (you only have to cross a cycle path to get to it), and the restaurant (which was excellent on the few occasions I have eaten there). We first chose it because it looked like a reasonably luxurious but not extravagant place to stay, which was close to, but not on top of, my wife's extended family in Porto St Giorgio. I think the thing that keeps us coming back is the fact that our first observation was correct and that the character of the place has not changed since our first visit. We will certainly return."

"Pleasant enough and maybe the most comfortable around, but our Monday night dinner there was a disaster; one of the worst meals we have had out of hundreds in Italy. Everything was like-warm and ill-conceived. That there were only four people dining probably meant there was a stagier in the kitchen. For all I know, the food was reheated. Our room was weird. The sink and shower were at one with the bed. Only a tiny WC was seperate."

"Fantastic B&B with a gorgeous pool, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast with a freshly baked goodies. There is an abundance of amazing restaurants in the nearby town with a great choice of the freshest fish and seafood. The roads are very accessible from here and it is easy to visit all the interesting and beautiful places around which include Loreto, Recanati, Torre di Palme, Ascoli Piceno, Offida, Montelupone, Montecosaro, Treia, Montecassiano, Sarnano, Fermo and many others. Roberto, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. The only issue here is a very hard water with a painfully slow-running shower, but this is rather a common issue in many other places in Italy we stayed in. The mosquito screens on the patio door would also be very helpful. Should we decide to visit this area again in the future, we would choose this place to stay in again without any hesitation."
