The hotel was very good and Clean quiet round the pool and area well maintained we had some non-hotel issues and the desk staff were all extremely helpful and couldn't do enough to assist in our needs , even checking with us later on as to how it went ( with out being prompted to ask )

Les chambres sont propres, agréables et modernes. On aime bien la salle de bain avec le "walking shower". Le personnel est très sympatiques, surtout M. José à la réception qui fait un travail remarquable. Il est toujours très accueillant et nous offre de bo.s conseils pour nos visites de l'île de Mallorca. Pour amélioration, je proposerait de permettre aux visiteurs l'utilisation gratuite du court de tennis comme dans la plupart des hôtels qu'on a visité à date (le tarif de 20€/hr m'apparaît élevé pour une surface dure qui ne demande aucun entretien). Dans l'ensemble on apprécie beaucoup le charme et la bonne localisation de l'hôtel. Merci à tous de rendre notre séjour si agréable.

Przepiękny hotel,w pięknym otoczeniu nieopodal plaży . Przemiła obsługa w recepcji -pozdrowienia dla pana Przemka 🥰Pokoje czyste codziennie sprzątane. Obfite różnorodne śniadania,omlety przyrządzane na bieżąco. Różnorodne owoce,przepyszne słodycze.

Room and Bathroom nice and big. Beds are very comfortable! Nice pool area, breakfast buffet needs a bigger variety on omelette toppings. Dinner buffet needs better and less dessert options. Staff was very helpful and always nice. All around a great vacation!

Great location. Helpful staff. Hotel with good amenities. Breakfast buffet was a good selection and attentive staff. Peguera was still a bit sleep as it was pre-season but plenty of choice to eat and drink. Can definitely recommend the hotel! Had a great time and would come back again.

Paguera Beach was excellent in nearly all respects. The hotels and rooms are beautifully clean and modern and staff very helpful and efficient. The location is ideal being 100 metres from the main beach (there are 3 beaches) so it is fairly quiet but with bars, shops and restaurants immediately to hand. Even better is that the main Paguera bus stop is also very close - ideal for trips to Palma and other south west resorts and villages A couple of important points; this hotel will suit those wanting a quiet holiday and is a popular destination for German holiday makers. We would certainly go back another time - it's ideal if you like good food and swimming (sea and pool)

Service was Excellent, Food also was great, The A**osphere was wonderful, very clean, they cleaned our room everyday, changed our towels too. Only the internet in our room was poor, we need to be fix!

From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable in the hotel. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable, serviced every day. Great breakfast, plenty of options available. Staff in the restaurant were hard working and helpful. 5 minute walk to beach, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

La habitación perfecta y limpia. La piscina limpia , sin olor a cloro y tamaño ideal. El desayuno es buffet libre con variedad y calidad. El personal del hotel siempre simpáticos y agradables. En resumen, lo recomiendo a todo el mundo.
