"Good location and easy to get to by public transport from Palma airport (direct route A11 takes approximately 45 minutes) and also Palma centre. Hotel is small but quaint and clean. Breakfast has a good variety and very reasonably priced food at the bar and restaurant. There is a nice pool and also the beach is across the road with lots of cruises and water activities / restaurants. The staff above all were very warm and friendly."

"Very inviting, clean hotel with friendly staff near the beach, also in a great location for visiting restaurants and discos. The three of us booked the suite. The room was big enough, as was the bathroom. The highlight: you have the roof terrace with the sunbeds and the two whirlpools to yourself from 10 p.m. - cool. In the morning it would be nice if hotel guests didn't come up before regular opening hours or trample on the separate "balcony" because they don't know that it belongs to a room. ;-) The only downside: when it rains you get wet in the main building and have no place to hang up your bathing clothes... We had booked breakfast. I think it's plentiful - egg dishes, vegetables, meat, cheese, bread, muesli, yoghurt and fresh and pickled fruit. Coffee and hot chocolate are available from the vending machine. The pool is smaller than it looks in the hotel photo, but you don't really need it, as the beach with the fine sand is so close. I would book it again: it has charm!"

"Great room, everything modern and new, lovely balcony. Refrigerator in the room and kettle with two cups. Room cleaning six times a week with towel change. Breakfast is delicious, prepared by the owners themselves, with fruit and vegetables as well as sweet and savory options. It's a bit of a shame they only offer filter coffee. The owner is incredibly friendly, speaks good German, and does everything possible for the guests. Very close to the beautiful beach and promenade. A small pool would make the stay even more perfect. We would love to come back again."

"The hotel is in a great location being only a 2 minute walk away from the beach. Easy to get busses into palma and santa ponca. It is a cute little hotel with friendly staff. The only downside is it can be a little noisy on a nighttime due to the bar downstairs being open until 2am. Rooms were cleaned every day with fresh sheets and towels. Breakfast was a bit rubbish and coffee machine was never on. No swimming pool but that was our own fault for not checking. We came in April so it wasn’t too much of an issue but the air con in the room did not work. Definetly worth the price that we paid. Would stay again for a short trip."

"A few years ago, after several visits to Paguera, we discovered the Bella Colina. It was love at first sight. Since then, we have witnessed the hotel's constant improvements - the charm of a vintage hotel has always been preserved. The rooms have become more and more comfortable. Whereas large fans used to provide cooling, today air conditioning does this job. The bathrooms have been lovingly renovated. And since this year, the terrace area has been beautifully designed, especially in the evening (and at dinner) it is very harmonious. We have now been guests with a few friends, everyone felt at home and is happy to come back again. Like we will next September."

"This was our third stay and I would still highly recommend this hotel. It is spotless, the housekeeping is excellent and although the room does not have many facilities like a kettle or enough power points, it has a fridge and is very comfortable and modern . It is quiet despite balconies overlooking either the side street (still a good view of the sea and boulevard) or the boulevard and very relaxed. Juan and his brother jointly run the hotel with the restaurant next door, but one and they go out of their way to help. Lovely people!"

"Currently staying at this excellent adult only hotel. We stayed here last year. They kindly allocated us the same room as last year (306) overlooking the pool. The food is as always superb and varied. Last night was a mexican themed evening. Alvaro, the waiter in the bar was especially helpful as was all the staff. The hotel is cleaned to within an inch of its life. Evening entertainment is first class. If you’re looking for a quality adult only hotel this place is for you."

"Hotel itself is nice, if a little bit dated, decor and rooms are somewhat due for a refurbishment. However space in the room is fine, storage ample, bathroom nice, beds are comfortable, aircon works well. Hotel staff are very friendly and efficient, pool area is nice and they do actually follow through on their rule of not “reserving” sun-beds. We observed staff leaving warning notices on beds and then removing towels after a set amount of time. There are lots of lovely places to eat and drink a short walk away. We went for a girlie trip away, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. This hotel was perfect for that."

"The location is close to the resort center. The atmosphere is relaxing, the room is acceptable, one minus is that it does not have a mini fridge. The price is in line with the quality of the services. The cleaning is done very well. There is not much noise because not many young people come. The services leave a little to be desired because you feel in Germany not in Spain. I am referring here to the staff who serve at the table and this can be improved in my opinion. For something new it is something to try but only once."

"Loved everything about this hotel - beautiful set up with different pools and restaurants, nice rooms and great food. It's totally set up for small kids and families - the kids pools were shady and fun, and the kids club looked great (our little one was too small for it this time). Staff were all super friendly and helpful. It's also a great location - within walking distance of lovely beaches that were really calm for swimming with little ones and cute shops and restaurants for a change of scene. And Palma was an easy local bus ride away for a nice day trip. We could have done lots of excursions from the hotel but decided to just do a boat trip one day down the coast which was fab. Would definitely recommend, especially for families with small children."

"Small, lovely boutique hotel. The staff were consistently friendly. The rooms were clean with minor flaws. The food was good. Our problem was Julia, the owner. She was quite rude when she told us that smoking wasn't allowed by the pool. Almost everyone was smoking, which had been permitted beforehand. This rule doesn't apply to all guests, either."
