Un personal fuera de serie en todos y cada uno de las secciones del hotel. Un buffet tanto en desayuno como en cenas que sobrepasa la media de otros hoteles de superior categoria. Habitaciones amplias y comodas . Para familias con niños pequeños, creo que es un destino perfecto.

El hotel es tranquilo y acogedor. La comida muy buena y el trato del personal de diez. La estancia fue por viaje de trabajo y fueron atentos y comprensivos, adaptándonos los horarios en muchas ocasiones, siempre con una sonrisa en la boca. Las instalaciones están muy bien, la piscina genial y el ambiente muy tranquilo. Ideal si quieres pasar unas vacaciones en pareja o familia. Víctor y el resto de personal tienen un trato exquisito, ayudando y solventando cualquier necesidad. Aconsejable 100%

I came here with my partner and 2 kids ages 6 and 9, we booked all inclusive with a superior apartment All inclusive I'd really really good! Different options each day for breakfast lunch and dinner, between they times there is a snack bar, brunch and selected hours to get cakes. Cocktails included is amazing so much options. Kids club/mini disco staff are amazing, keep the kids well entertained, they had so much fun. Rooms - Our room was on the 3rd floor of the apartment side -no lift but that's no issue for us. Very clean, and modern Only issues with the room was the aircon was not good atall, the shower floded the apartment on each use. Overall we had a fab stay and look forward to come back xx

The staff is the best we habe ever experienced. The hotels in Peguera are quite similar, this one stand out with excellent, professional and sympathetic people who work there, which makes it special and definitely worth a stay. Food is fine, rooms clean and ok.

Our family went last year, two kids (7,10) , me and my husband. The hotel is beautiful, clean and well looked after. We stayed on half board basis and the food was amazing. You could get freshly made smoothies for breakfast, which we haven't seen at any other hotel. Dinners were so delicious, plenty of choice and excellent service. Swimming pools are very clean and wonderful, there is plenty to do for younger and older kids. There is a playground,mini club and a pirate ship swimming pool for smaller ones. Entertainment was interesting and staff very polite and helpful. Everyone speaking very good english. Rooms were a bit old in the section for HB guests, but there was a fridge, coffee machine, microwave, pans and pots so You could make something extra if hungry. Supermarkets are nearby, 10/15 minute walk. Sofa beds for kids were not so comfortable, but that would be only one bad thing.Customer service is good as well, they have answered quick when I've sent them an email. We look forward to going back to Valentin in future.

Cest un hôtel vraiment idéal pour les familles,nous y avons séjourné 11jours dans un grand appartement très calme.le buffet est extraordinaire et varié tout les jours. L’équipe animation ainsi que tout le personnel est super sympathique petit bémol pas un seul parle français.nous avons passer un séjour magnifique nous reviendrons.

Valentin Park: è come avere una casa al mare; tornare e rivedere lo staff altamente professionale ma anche molto cordiale ed amichevole ti dona l’impressione di rivedere una famiglia. La struttura molto curata nei dettagli è situata all’interno di un giardino tropicale che regala senso di pace e relax! Il cibo è molto vario e di qualità. Aggiungi il sole, delle spiagge stupende e la magia di un’isola unica nel genere… non posso che consigliare di essere felice come lo siamo noi ogni volta che torniamo!
