AREA: Peguera. The apartments are located in this area, which is one hour and ten minutes from the airport, by public transport. For my taste, it is an excellent area. Supermarkets, restaurants, bars, everything nearby. The beach in front of the hotel is in very good condition, it has showers, I was at the end of August and it was a beach with few waves, and a very pleasant temperature.
THE HOTEL : From the welcome, everything is perfect. In my case, we were received by a boy named José, who treated us with great kindness and guided us in everything we asked for (nearby beaches to visit, restaurants, car rentals).
Upon entering the apartment, my impression was that everything was in immaculate condition. Everything neat, orderly, air conditioning throughout the apartment, kitchen utensil "all the minimum necessary", pear to cook. A microwave oven. Everything I have named, in perfect condition.
The hotel staff in general, with a good attitude and excellent treatment with guests.
The hotel pool, also in perfect condition.
P.S
If you want to know a very beautiful beach, I recommend: San Telmo.
Conclusion: Apartamentos Ponent was an excellent choice to end these summer vacations. We will certainly repeat.

The apartments are very good, comfortable, clean and with correct attention from 90% of the staff. The bad art comes from the reception manager who is inflexible with the rules even in special circumstances, and the director who makes value judgments and prejudges customers, making mistakes from end to end.

The apartment was nice, however you can hear everything from outside and/or neighbors noise. · I had the worst experience ever in this vacation; going with my mother, I booked 11 days hoping for a nice and quiet time, however we were treated in the restaurant very bad especially by one of the waiters who made us to stop having breakfast after few days.We were offended and the rest of the vacation we felt very uncomfortable.Breakfast was poor and we have to ask every time to brig us something and they let everyone to take some food in their rooms except us,even mentioned it in a threading voice not to do it as we were punished;they serve differently and preferably other guests and hope this was not the reason that we are from Romania (even though one waiter mentioned our country in his conversations few times).The staff restaurant treated us differently compared with other guests in terms of service, amount of food and behavior.Hotel manager apologized and refunded the breakfast amount for the rest of the vacation however we felt and still are very much offended from such a horrible experience! I was working in high class cruise ships, hotels all over the world and I understand that nothing is perfect from food to accommodation, however when as a guest you are feeling uncomfortable and offended from a vacation that you expected to be at least relaxed is a very big difference!

Apart hotel very well located at the foot of Paguera beach. Renovated interior is pretty but…… The building must be dated and the soundproofing is NON-EXISTENT; a horrible noise from 7 a.m. when the maids start dancing with the rolling carts. Checking in at 2 p.m. we arrived a little before 1 p.m., we asked the receptionist if it was possible to check in and without a call to room service his answer was firm: NO it's 2 p.m.... I ask him if we can park in the parking lot (which I had reserved in advance) and the same answer: NO, it’s 2 p.m.…. It was Sunday, the day the storm hit the Balearic Islands... we had driven for almost 2 hours under downpours at around 20km/h, we were exhausted and the receptionist was very unpleasant! But it was the only one; the rest of the staff are nice and helpful. The swimming pool is very small. Now another black point in addition to soundproofing, cleanliness: dust, do you want some here... an allergic person in the apartment and it was a disaster..., When we arrived at 2 p.m., apartment reserved for 4 and prepared for 2! On the other hand, departure until 11 a.m. and then we left at 9:30... that poses no problem; by only walking in one direction, the customer will not come back. We know quite a few places on the island and we won't come back to Le Ponent, that's for sure. Too bad it’s not often that we’re so negative but….

Amazing stay, 5 star apartments excellent location to all bars and restaurants, 3 stunning beaches 1 minute walk away, apartments cleaned everyday, nice indoor pool and gym, plenty of sunbeds, nice square with fairground rides across the road

They have a great location, just a step away from Tora beach surrounded by pine trees. The staff is very friendly and advises you very well, even about parking your car in free areas. The apartments are very clean and everything works perfectly. Some basic kitchen utensils are missing, for example scissors or a bowl for making salads. Otherwise, good lighting, very comfortable beds, nice decoration and a very clean pool.
