Good service. The rooms are also really good... strategic location in the city center. I didn't expect the price of the food to be very affordable, even though it tastes really good... the breakfast menu also has a large menu and it tastes really good... the swimming pool is clean.

The room booked does not match the actual one obtained.
I ordered an executive deluxe room but I only got Superior class.
The reason from the hotel
1. that the application does not work with the hotel.
2. With the rate as ordered, you can only get superior class
3. Notifications from the hotel from the application are superior class

The cold water doesn't work... in the application I ordered deluxe but was provided with a superior one for the reason that the application had not been updated to change the room name...

The location is near the mall in the middle of the city. The room is quite spacious . But there is a slight disturbance of bad smell in the bathroom. overall is good and recommended 👍
