Good hotel for the price, comfy room and great receptionist. The food sold by the hotel is also good, the location is also very good. But the bathroom is filled with little cockroaches from the water holes. Other than that no other complaints

The hotel is good according to the rate and what I like most is that it is close to the city

The last time I stayed was in November 2019. The room was a bit old, and the breakfast was not as good as the last time. The pillowcases, bed covers and bath towels were all very old and felt very dirty. No bath towels were provided when I checked in, and my room card would automatically expire the next day. However, one good thing is that the hotel understands you and can accommodate you to check out late until 1pm as long as the room is not so tight. The location is also good, there is mall pekanbaru nearby, public transportation is also nearby, and there are many stores nearby. My last stay was in November 2019. The room has deteriorated since then, and the breakfast wasn't better than before. The pillowcases, bedsheets, and towels were all very old and felt dirty.Upon check-in, no towels were provided, and my room key card would automatically deactivate the next day. However, one good point is that the hotel is understanding and will allow a late check-out until 1 PM if room availability permits.The location is also good, with Mall Pekanbaru nearby, public transportation within reach, and many shops in the vicinity.
