Very neat clean and spacious rooms, Lifts are also available all time, perfect location and great view of Haram from window. Beautiful sound of Azan and Prayers you can listen in your room. Definitely recommend this hotel.

HMM in general the hotel is great, the hotel location very good bcz located in the middle city of Pekanbaru and near to the Airport. The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.

Room is clean and bright. Not much channel on tv though. Bathroom with hot and cold water. Toilet is nice. Bed with clean sheets and comfortable. Overall very good hotel with affordable price. Breakfast just fried rice, noodles and bread. Perfect place as a rest stop in between travel.

It realy pleasure for long stay at The Zuri Pekanbaru. Every friday we got friday refreshment day from TZPku management, our favorite is Kacang Pukul, typical snack from Pekanbaru so yummy, TZPku staff are kind and helpful. Mba Rika...ma new friend since me already a month in TZPku thank you so much for talking to me taking good care of me with this and that, cleaning staff, FO the one who always received my package on behalf, even the scurity who always opened the door for me..thank you. This hotel is very suitable for those who are on a trip and want to transit, but want to transit in a 3 star hotel with a low price, and Hotel Drego is the right choice. It's very strategic on the protocol path, so it's easy to access, for a pretty complete room facilities such as water heater, coffee and tea, cable TV, and mini-fridge too. Although the room rate is below 300k, it still worth calling the star 3. Only for the lighting of the superior type room, especially without windows is very minimal and very dark. The wifi network is also not good, especially in the room, the provider signal is also weak. But to rest is quite comfortable and quiet.

If you are traveling for bussiness or solo traveling this hotel is recomanded for you, but not recomanded for staycation with family, because this hotel have a small space of room and too narrow. The restaurant for the breakfast is too not really comfort to enjoying your breakfast. Is better you book your room without breakfast, you can find many warrung arround hotel to buy some food for your breakfast.Location near with Pekan Baru Mall easy to walk arround. Overall the services of staff is execelent, they are all are friendly and welcoming guest.

I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.
