Very neat clean and spacious rooms, Lifts are also available all time, perfect location and great view of Haram from window. Beautiful sound of Azan and Prayers you can listen in your room. Definitely recommend this hotel.

This hotel is very suitable for those who are on a trip and want to transit, but want to transit in a 3 star hotel with a low price, and Hotel Drego is the right choice. It's very strategic on the protocol path, so it's easy to access, for a pretty complete room facilities such as water heater, coffee and tea, cable TV, and mini-fridge too. Although the room rate is below 300k, it still worth calling the star 3. Only for the lighting of the superior type room, especially without windows is very minimal and very dark. The wifi network is also not good, especially in the room, the provider signal is also weak. But to rest is quite comfortable and quiet.

I loved the view. My room was at the 10th floor and I could pretty much see everything. The room was neat and tidy, the front office was nice. However, for this to be an honest review, I can't really say that it's the best. First, the parking lot is a lot to deal with - it's so small and there's not a lot of space (the basement wasn't available at that moment). Then, there are these cracks on the walls of the room, which for some reasons bothered me more than it should've. Lastly, I would love for the hotel to have more facilities, such as a gym (they only have a swimming pool at the moment), and for the staffs to always have their masks on (mine didn't). Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

Look, Hotel labersa is not a satisfying place to meet, especially large scale. We gave us a scheme to involve our hosts and room divisions, but for marketing he just wanted to know the number of hosts, the beginning and the end date and the number of rooms. But the implementation is very strict. When people want to add a new plate, the pax hit is already gone, when eating fruits using rice plates, the pax count is already gone. So even though the food is still in the kitchen, for them (our analysis), the counting of a meal is already gone, which means the food has gone down. There are certain participants who brought their families, but not this time we only do activities at the hotel, but there is never a term of food being less because the counting of dishes is less. 3. I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.

This is the second time I stayed here, but turned out bad experience. I was impressed when I was staying here first time at 2016. Clean hotel, nice breakfast, comfy room, and they had Enoki restaurant which served delicious unagi sushi. The second stay experience on February 2023 is the opposite of the first one. I got room with no bathroom doormat, in the shower tube the shower faucet was rusty and there was big crack on the floor, it was dangerous because there was only dim lighting in the bathroom. Next, the breakfast. Need a lot improvement. Please provide premium bread and individual butter, not a can of margarine. The bread toaster didn't give enough heat to toast the bread properly. Bakso was the only one tasted good. I stayed here for 3 nights, means I had 3 breakfast times. The last, the main problem. Now they have club at the ground floor, but my room at the 5th floor is not sound proof at all. When the party goers having their peak dancing time in the mid night, the sound reachs my room during my sleep time. I couldn't sleep for two nights in my business trip. Plus their pillow were too small for a hotel grade pillow, and also deflated. This hotel really need serious improvement to compete with other hotels in the city.
