I stayed for a night at this centrally located Hotel. It is easy to find from the main road and you cant miss this tall building with the WHIZZ word in top from Jalan Jend Sudirman. The location is awesome and fantastic. Check In : was quick and easy since we used Agoda. Was smooth as well. But after the checking in, the person didnt even bother to tell us when is the breakfast, where is the breakfast and maybe offer us a map or ask us if we need any recommendations at all. It was just a simple 'okay done check in'. So we had to find our way up by the elevator. Room : The room is okay-ish, just about the right size and the right level we got. But there are no wardrobe for us to put our luggages or something. The whole room is nice, but the mattress sheet is smelly and stained. I have no idea what stain it was. But it was yucky to say the least. Bathroom : Spacious in size but oh god, why do you need to put semi transparent glasses??????? Breakfast : The choices are really thin. Not much things to try and taste. The seating arrangement is really cramped. For some reason, the taste of the food is a bit lacking. Service : The freaking time you guys chose to service the elevator in the morning????? It cease to operate for 'maintenance' purposes around 8.30am, right the time when people actually go for breakfast..!!! And I was in level 2, my room is in level 11. How do I got up???? When I went to reception to check on the elevator, the guy was cleaning it super slowly. And the other elevator is broken down. Other than that, it is a good stay.

The location was at the city central, at the main street. Check in and check out was quick. Overall service was good. My room was clean and comfort. Breakfast also good with vary Indonesian and Western menu. The swimming pool was too small for me. My stay here was comfort enough.

Excellent. Nothing problem with all services that are given by Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru. It has good facilities and a nice view. Has nice workout facilities. The breakfast that has been given is good

After three days of homestaying, a hot shower and a clean bed is a relief. Nonetheless, this maybe a 5 star hotel to local standards. Just 4 would be enough. In particular the staff could be more pro-active. A dining room full of tables with leftover food is not very encouraging. The biggest nuisance, however, is the wifi. Every square 30 meters seem to have another username and another login. Even for the staff this was a complexity beyond belief. Breakfast is very asian (no yoghurt), but largely laid out. The dinner is OK-ish, but the menu gives little choice.

Look, Hotel labersa is not a satisfying place to meet, especially large scale. We gave us a scheme to involve our hosts and room divisions, but for marketing he just wanted to know the number of hosts, the beginning and the end date and the number of rooms. There are certain participants who brought their families, but not this time we only do activities at the hotel, but there is never a term of food being less because the counting of dishes is less. 3. Slow service took a long time when we needed help from the hotel. There are still some unpleasant things in the service provided, but it's too long to tell. Thank you

HMM in general the hotel is great, the hotel location very good bcz located in the middle city of Pekanbaru and near to the Airport. The staff are very nice and had a great hospitality, especially Ms. Nurul ( keep it up ). The room is nice but need to updated about AC maybe? Thank you.
