We chose the Quality Inn because of the low cost compared to other hotels in the area, also the free breakfast. For the price, it was clean enough, nice enough, quiet enough, friendly staff. Our only complaint was that our smoke free room reeked of smoke. We were too tired upon arrival to ask for a different room so we just tolerated it, since we were only staying 1 night. The room definitely needed freshening. Other than that it was fine for the price.

Good morning,
our stay at this hotel was not what we wanted.
When we arrived we found that the room reserved for us was on the second floor. As my wife has a knee injury we asked for a room on the first floor. This was refused to us on the pretext that the room had been reserved by ******* and that the hotel's reservation system did not allow it. The clerk at the front desk was stubborn and did not want to accommodate our request. We wasted half an hour discussing the situation and the clerk remained closed at our request. It wasn't pleasant.

Awesome hotel! Everything was clean, room, and outdoor pool. Really enjoyed our day here, friendly staff, professional, safe location, internet works great, they have great vending machines with snacks and drinks. Also, an ice machine everything worked and had an amazing time! Breakfast was good as well! No complaints for me and no issues during my stay and definitely will stay again!

The door does not deadbolt or lock, hole in tub and not sure what’s in the shower. The tv does not work either. Too tired to call and complain. Hopefully we get a rested night even with the issues. Paid way too much for this room.
Very disappointed because staff were incredible at check in and lobby immaculate!

The flooring was coming up and my sister yrippped twice on the floor in room 108
