Amazing stay, Highly recommended!
We had an amazing stay at The Gate.
The property has been renovated to a high boutique standard. This provides it with a fresh, clean and contemporary feel while also comfortable. The rooms are very well equipt with all the details you could want. We stayed in the Loft Studio and very much enjoyed the outside bath which provided a fantastic experience while also feeling private.
The team were so kind and made you feel very welcome, they went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay. They were always there to help with a question or recommendation of which they had plenty for places to eat and visit during our stay.
We will look forward to visiting again.

Beautiful and relaxing
It was so beautiful, peaceful, charming, and relaxing. Owners where lovely and the all loved our dogs! Will 100% be returning. The decor and location were 10/10. Highly recommend the baths on the balcony.

Jonny and Rich are fantastic hosts in this lovely property in a beautiful setting. The bar and lounge area is very relaxing and the rooms are very luxurious for an ideal home from home stay

Family time
Fabulous weekend away in gorgeous accommodation. Helen greeted us and was extremely helpful and informative.
We sampled the Cornish gin and Cider in the lovely bar in beautiful surroundings.

Excellent stay
Excellent stay and throughly enjoyed. The decor of the rooms and the main house / bar is incredibly cosy, crisp and clean. We had the loft suite which had an outdoor bath tub with beautiful views for miles around. The kitchenette had everything we could need and more. The bar had a great selection of drinks and a huge log burner which added to the comfort. Would definitely recommend and will return.
