Great stay! This was a last minute hotwire booking because my planned hotel walked me with no options. I must admit that when I saw the brand I was rather disappointed and when I realized it was exterior corridor I was even more so disappointed. I was humbled and taught not to judge a book by its cover, that’s for certain! The first thing that I noticed was that the lobby area looked new and modern. The building for sod by the entrance was in great shape and everything had a familiar feel to it vs a low class feel. The owner is the one who checked me in and he was gracious, kind, and efficient. We were provided snacks and drinks, directions to our room, and I believe that he was genuine and his desire to welcome us and to be of any service should we need it. We had a very comfortable king bed, nice fixtures and fittings, all new plumbing from what I could tell, and everything was clean and modern. It felt more like being in the bathroom mother Hampton, courtyard, etc. than being in a exterior corridor America’s best. Our room was quiet, the climate control worked well, it was comfortable, and I will certainly stay here again. Check out was hassle free and I was quite impressed in the daylight to see how updated, freshly painted, and nice the grounds looked - even flower baskets. This place not only has great service but curb appeal. I’m very impressed and I highly recommend it!

We travel a lot an are always looking for inexpensive clean hotels that smell good and have good beds. This place fit the bill perfectly. We stayed in room 108. It was clean and smelled good and we got a good night's sleep. The bathroom and shower area were very clean as well. Also, the person at the front desk was very nice. My rating of 5 out of 5 is primarily because this place exceeded our expectations in every way.

On the way to Seattle from Yellowstone, through Pendleton, stayed for one night holiday inn. Live on the second floor, facing east. Excellent idyllic scene, the window is an endless golden wheat field, my husband likes it very much, and goes out to watch the stars at night. There is an indoor pool, free breakfast, free Wi-Fi, and dinner at a nearby fast food restaurant. Double curtains, the sunshade effect is very good. It was already bright outside at 6 o'clock in the morning, and the room was still dark. Very suitable for time difference sleep.

We need a hotel to stay overnite before an early start to the oregon coast from Idaho, the staff was friendly, the hotel wasa clean and the breakfast was just your simple breakfast choices, we took a couple muffins and apples and were on our way , for a overnight stay you wont go wrong here.

One of the better values in town. Nothing special. Nothing terrible.

The exterior of the hotel looks quite good and has a British style. However, the facilities inside are a bit old. The water in the pool looked turbid, and the window of the room looked at the main road (too close, a bit of a feeling of living on the road). Breakfast is a bit too simple compared to other hotels of the same grade. The price is not high. The only desirable place, there is a supermarket gas station near the hotel location.
