I loved every day in this hotel I was very well received, the hotel decoration is amazing I travel in time, I stayed in room 01 in front to a area with very green in contact with nature and very clean air. The room is very large, quite comfortable, had a house and the shower is a perfect, the breakfast coffee is too perfect, many options, our everything is very wonderful. Meu marido é intolerante a gluten e como ja haviamos nos hospedado na pousada do lago em penedo e plenamente atendidos quanto a essa questão resolvemos voltar. Sou informada pela atendente Maria Eduarda que não fazem mais um simples bolo de fuba, aipim ou pão de queijo porque os intolerantes agluten poderiam ter graves reações alergicas Fiquei chocada com o despreparo da pousada e falta de iformação pois não sabem disringuir alergia , intolerancia ou doença celiaca. Meu marido é apenas intolerante, não é celiaco nem alergico desta forma pode consumir alimentos que foram preparados com utensilios para uso na cozinha em geral. Dissram não poderiam nos atender. Repito bastaria um bolo aipim, fuba ou pão de queijo no desejum , alimentos que qualquer cliente consoe no dia a dia. Desta forma não fomos aceitos. Pena perder clientes por absoluta falta de informação/orientação . Eu ja tinha indicado a pousada para varias pessoas exatamente pelo tratamento diferenciado que tiveram comigo e meu marido e agora este tipo de postura. Espero relamente que procurem se informar corretamente e corrigir o erro
