I was rudely awakened at 5:30AM by the garbage truck banging the very large dumpster multiple times.
There was no shower curtain for the tub.
I did not find the room particularly clean and it did not smell fresh.
I planned to stay 4 nights; I left after one.
Although the property billed me the full amount of my anticipated stay immediately, I was told it would take as much as 14 days to process my refund.

Its ok. Nothing fancy. It was clean & comfortable. The main sink had a major water leak & the non smoking room they first gave us was definitely smoking but the front desk addressed it immediately & gave us what we initially reserved. He was very friendly & security was great. Quiet area & good parking

I made a reservation through ******* about 20 minutes before we checked into the hotel. Upon arrival, we were informed that the hotel didnt actually have a room available comparable to what we booked. They offered to put us in a room with two dohble beds instead of one king bed without any change in price. We told them that this would jot work for us and that we would just go somewhere else. The person working the desk said that that could not process a refund and that we would have to call ******* directly, "and that's a long shot." We called *******, and the person at the desk said again that he couldn't do a refuns because the manager wouldn't be in until the morning and that our chances of getting a refund were "slim to none." Again, they tried to convince us to take the room with the full beds. They were unhelpful, to say the least, and they actively tried to prevent us from getting a refund. The original problem wasn't their fault, but they definitely did not handle it well.

The property is safe and clean. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location is excellent for going to downtown Pensacola, the Blue Wahoos stadium and lots of activities. The bed was very comfortable. This is not my first stay here, but it was my best due to the upgrades they have made to the rooms.
