Served a pint of Sharp's Solar Wave - warm, cloudy and foul tasting. Barman admitted probably off and that was that. No refund or alternative pint. With the price of beer nowadays may as well go to Lidl. Food good but beer on this occasion not that great.

Visited on a Sunday and 3 of us had the Sunday carvery. It really was excellent. A good choice of meat and even better selection of delicious vegetables. Very well organised and the staff were friendly. I would highly recommend and will be coming back soon. 10/10

I don't normally write a review, so this is my first. OMG. We have just had lunch at this place and was blown away. We had 2 pizzas, fish and chips. 2 different burgers and a kids pasta. First, the pizzas were the best we have ever tasted and made fresh no frozen here. But the burgers were amazing, we couldn't find the chef to tell him or her what we thought. But we wanted to get the recipe of the 2 we had, meaty, seasoned, with different toppings, bacon and sauce. They were worth every penny. Wish we found it earlier as we are heading back to wocester. Hope the chef get this review, we love the place, and will come again when we get down again.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The rooms were basic, but perfectly acceptable. Good location on the Promenade, overlooking the sea and free parking too. All of the staff were friendly and accommodating. We needed an early breakfast each day, so they opened the restaurant at 7.15am which was very much appreciated. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and we all had a good meal. The bar had a good choice of beers and ciders. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Penzance

We both ate here on two occasions. Lasagne and tiger prawns both were amazing tasty and very well cooked. Next time we both had fish and chips. Again amazing and well cooked, it was just like a good quality chip shop. My aunt has had the roasts here and highly recommends it for a roast dinner

Fantastic food and table service . We all ordered something different and all very nice ( home made vege burger/chips)! It’s always nice to have something different as a vegetarian. Price very good too. And they sold Offshore pilsner . We didn’t feel rushed from the table 👌

We've stayed here previously so when we decided to return to Penzance, Lugger Inn was our first choice. Beautifully decorated, inside and out. Great chef, great food, great service, great location.

The Lugger Inn is situated in a prime spot on the Promenade, while also being close to the town centre. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the food was very good, both breakfast and when I had an evening meal. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and a view of Mounts Bay. Again, the staff were certainly a plus point without being intrusive, including the bar staff.
