Very nice hotel, great staff, made us feel welcome. Rooms well decorated, very clean, a bit small, but satisfactory. Would definitely stay there again. Parking in attached, filthy garage, with entry on another street, but easy entry into hotel.

I loved how easy it was to park and then walk back and forth from the hotel to the civic center. Very convenient!

Great staff. Awesome location if you’re attending the Civic center. We went to a concert and never had to walk outside, safe for young women having fun. Parking ramp was also connected and easy to use and find. We will stay again.

Our room’s key reader had dead batteries so we were only able to get in once and one person had to stay in the room at all times to get back in!

Overall the stay was enjoyable, the staff was courteous, and the room was comfortable.
However, there were various items of deferred maintenance and cleanliness concerns that would prevent me from saying that this is a great place to stay.
- Shower had built up black grime in corners of shower
- Caulking peeling up and/or missing on bathroom vanity
- Built up dust on bathroom vent fan
- multiple chips in paint throughout room
- Toenail clippings and other debris/dust behind bedside table (had to move because lamp wasn't plugged in)
- Unnecessary to have two refrigerators in room (one outside of furniture and taking up space in room)
This was a great stay and I would suggest to others. But I feel that, for the price, this hotel could do better.

Nice hotel, but there wasn't an extra roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. Obviously hadn't been stocked.
