"Horrible experience! The two people behind the counter an older lady and younger man were absolutely unprofessional. They sat behind the counter and talked about life and personal stuff as well as how they hated management for 5 minutes before greeting me with a Sir when I am clearly a female. The first room was locked and they then held my keys from me and walked me up to the second room. Super uncomfortable and sketchy. I never checked into room and was promised a refund which then was I would receive deposit back and I didn’t get either!! I NEVER STEPPED FOOR INTO THE HOTEL ROOM!! BEWARE!!!"

"Don't book this hotel, you might not have a room when you arrive. I booked this hotel two months in advance and I received multiple confirmation emails saying that it was confirmed. When I arrived for my stay they told me that they could not find the booking in their system. I waited for 15 minutes in the lobby while the front desk clerk spoke with his manager. Instead of honoring the original price that I booked the room at they told me that they would need to charge me $50 more to book a different room with them. This is an unacceptable business practice and it forced me to have to find another hotel late in the evening. It was an awful experience."
