In the center of Perast, the service is very good. Parking is a bit far, but you can drive to the hotel first, then go to the parking lot, the hotel guy will wait for you in the parking lot and take you back to the hotel

The unexpectedly beautiful castle-style hotel is facing the Church of Our Lady of the Sea on the Rock Island in the Bay of Kotor, the blue water, the seaside restaurant, the ancient town surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the elegant and enthusiastic people. Everything is amazing. Never leave!

Superb hotel very well located in the center of the beautiful village of Perast. Everything was perfect: the room, the friendly and professional service, the private beach. A special mention for the breakfast on the superb terrace. Please note that the hotel has private parking spaces at the entrance to the village, which is very useful given the parking problems in the area. In short, an address to recommend.

From the time we arrived the quality of customer service was first class and the staff could not do enough for us. We stayed in a great sea view room overlooking a picturesque bay on a bed and breakfast basis. The quality and quantity of the breakfast was also top notch and the restaurant staff were so attentive. We used the Spa facilities which, again, were excellent. The staff are a real credit to the organisation and it was a wrench to leave this great location and wonderful staff.

What an amazing hotel - this place is an example for all 5 star hotels - could not fault it Wow where do I start…. Firstly the staff - professional, friendly, welcoming, helpful, informative. Whoever is training you all knows their stuff I can only assume they have years and years of experience in hospitality. Rooms - clean, bright, large and comfortable. Bathrooms - same as above I haven’t picked out anyone particularly at this hotel because they were all exceptional from the guys at breakfast to the driver that took us to the airport WELL DONE TO YOU ALL Overall an amazing 5 days spent in the beautiful Monte***** and particularly at this hotel in Perast A++++++++++++ I cannot wait to return thank you all so much

Le meilleur hôtel où nous avons eu la chance de séjourner, avec un personnel très à l'écoute du client (mention toute particulière pour Ana qui nous a vraiment chouchoutés). Tout est parfait : la nourriture, la propreté, la literie, les piscines intérieure et extérieure, le spa...La situation géographique est vraiment magique... C'est un endroit idéal pour s'évader et se ressourcer...

Rip Off Customers who book their Wedding here The Hotel/DSA Weddings increased the cost of the hotel rooms for me and my guests by approx £166 a night, when queried that is I booked directly via website they changed the prices online for the weekend of the wedding but the prices on their website for the weekend before and after stayed at the reduced price. Feel extremely ripped off even when providing them with a large wedding booking. Would NOT recommend
