Staff Highlights The staff were exceptional, especially Anna and Jelena, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure our stay was smooth, comfortable, and worry-free. Their genuine warmth, thoughtful attentiveness, and remarkable attention to detail elevated every aspect of our visit and played a major role in making the experience so memorable. Family Experience We were travelling with our nearly two-year-old son, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating with him throughout our stay.
