"The biggest plus point of the hotel is the environment. In the small town of Perast, staying in a castle-like hotel can indeed satisfy many people's fantasies. The hygiene and facilities are also very good, but as a five-star hotel, the service still has room for improvement. I stayed for four days and sometimes the cleaning staff didn't provide toothbrushes, which was quite inconvenient..."

"We had no hot water or bathroom light for 3 out of 4 days for our stay here. We spoke with reception regarding this on 4 separate occasions, however no member of staff was interested meaning I had to have freezing cold showers and use the bathroom in darkness at night time. Upon asking reception for assistance for the fourth time, a member of staff came to look at the issues, however all they said was that the hot water and bathroom light was broken (i obviously already knew this) they then proceeded to do nothing to fix these issues. On our final night we were given a lamp to place in the bathroom, however this subsequently then broke after 2 hours again leaving us with no light for the bathroom. When I asked to speak with the manager I was advised that this was not possible. The bathroom blind was also covered in mould and all draws within the room had not been cleaned as they had crumbs and dirt in them as well as a previous persons boarding pass."

"We had a truly memorable stay at Leon Coronato Hotel in Perast, Montenegro. The hotel itself was beautifully maintained, and from the moment we arrived until the day we left, we felt sincerely welcomed and well cared for. Staff Highlights The staff were exceptional, especially Anna and Jelena, who consistently went the extra mile to ensure our stay was smooth, comfortable, and worry-free. Their genuine warmth, thoughtful attentiveness, and remarkable attention to detail elevated every aspect of our visit and played a major role in making the experience so memorable. Family Experience We were travelling with our nearly two-year-old son, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating with him throughout our stay. They were consistently warm, engaging, and eager to interact with him, keeping him entertained and happy, which allowed us to relax and enjoy our holiday far more as parents. Recommendation While the hotel itself was impressive, it was the team’s exceptional hospitality and personal touch that truly made it stand out. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montenegro—it’s an unforgettable place to stay."

"A nice hotel chic in the very center of Perast. Meet and escort to a golf car taxi, as cars are only allowed on the embankment with special resolution. The cleaning of the rooms was not very good - the mirror was in divorce, the top shower left a strange hair. On the first day there was no beach towels, gave white with holes and spots. I know that the problem with water (it is undehydrated), but for breakfast was served coffee salted, that is, it was from this salt water. The view from the terrace where breakfast is cool and straight on the water. The good were cruissants and fruit, and here all the Al cards are tasteless and rubber omlets, unclear yoghurt in the glass - disappointment."

"This is the perfect place to discover Perast. It has it's own parking place which is quite rare in perast. Within 1 minute walk you are on the boulevard and at the sea. Our host Vuk did a wonderful job assisting us."

"Except for the slightly difficult parking, the town of Perast and this hotel as a whole were very, very beyond expectations. All the staff I met were very nice and professional. There was a shuttle bus when I went out, and I could ask the front desk to help me book a boat out to sea👍"

"Pre - Booked table, table not ready which set the tone for the evening. We then waited over an hour for our food. The restaurant was busy, but not excessive. I couldn't help notice that every table had something wrong with there order. With the waiters blaming the kitchen. Raw chicken for one lady, wrong pasta dishes for 4 children, unwashed mussels for another lady, the list can go on. My chicken dish arrived cold and I doubt it was even chicken. Daughter was brought the wrong dish. Also they couldn't find the red wine !! Whether this is a regular occurrence I couldn't comment but tonight was not a good service from the team. We were also promised a complimentary gin, for our wait, but you guessed it, that never arrived either. I strongly advise eating else where. We work in the hospitality industry and sadly this restaurant really needs to improve its food and customer service."

"I was very pleased with my stay at this apartment. A huge thank you to the hospitable hosts, Marco and his charming wife. My room was ready early, and I checked in at 12:00! It was a pleasure! The room is perfect, with everything I needed – the bed is comfortable, the mattress is firm, and the air conditioning isn't aimed at the bed, which is great! The kitchen is well-equipped – there are all the necessary utensils, olive oil, salt, sugar, coffee, and tea. A bottle of water and a bottle of wine were complimentary. The embankment is downstairs, just 85 steps. The host was always accommodating. For example, when a very noisy group was partying, I wrote to him, he talked to the noisy guests, and the noise immediately stopped. I asked for a late checkout, and he also accommodated me. Overall, I am grateful for the warm welcome, the good quality of the furniture and the apartment overall, and for the hospitality and friendliness."
