Vila Perast Boutique Hotel

Premetto che siamo stati solo a mangiare, quindi il commento non riguarda l’hotel. Non fatevi ingannare dal posto indubbiamente carino, con tavolini direttamente sul mare: abbiamo ordinato due secondi di pesce e uno “starter” (cito il loro menu), ma ci sono arrivate tutte le portate assieme e, avendoglielo fatto notare, abbiamo ricevuto come risposta un “dovevate dirmelo subito che lo volevate prima”, quindi perché inserire nel menu degli “starters”? Abbiamo poi preso del vino bianco della casa e ce l’hanno portato con dentro del GHIACCIO. Mi chiedo: perché dovrei bere del vino annacquato? Infine, le due pietanze di pesce che abbiamo ordinato (polpo e branzino) non erano assolutamente all’altezza del prezzo e della location.

Nous avons séjourné 6 nuits à la Vila Perast et nous avons été très heureux d’en avoir fait notre point de chute pour dans la baie de Kotor. L’hôtel se trouve au centre de Perast, un petite ville digne d’une carte postale, pleine de charmes et d’attraits, à quelques kilomètres de Kotor, de son agitation et de son trafic dense, à proximité d’Herceg Novi et de la péninsule du Lutsica. Séjourner dans la ville permet de profiter du calme le matin et des charmes de ses rives à la tombée de la nuit, une fois la grandes majorités des touristes partis. La Vila Perast est très bien situé, au cœur de la ville, des restaurants, près de ses 17 églises et de sa plage privée. Tout se en quelques minutes à pieds. L’hôtel est construit dans une demeure bourgeoise qui a su garder son charme en bénéficiant d’une rénovation récente. Le personnel est adorable, plein de bons conseils et toujours ravies du vous aider. Les chambres sont propres, spacieuses, lumineuse, décorée avec goût. La literie est très bonne et nous n’avons constaté aucun problème d’insonorisation. Hôtel idéale aussi pour les familles qui disposent de chambre pour 4 personnes et d’un personnel qui adorent les enfants! Nous y retournerons avec un grand plaisir! This hotel is one big lie. The rooms do not match the photos at all. When we arrived (late July-early August), we were taken to the attic floor, where each (we were traveling with another couple) was given an attic room. My friend could barely stand up. We supposedly had a room for 3 people (3 separate beds), but no idea where they could place the 3rd bed. Because of this we even paid more than a regular room with a double bed. We had booked 3 nights in this hotel, but left after 1 night. One bed creaked and squeaked, the other bed was just a sofa bed without a mattress, just a hard board. The used towels from the previous travelers were still in our room, the velux curtains did not close completely, so that a lot of light entered the room from early in the morning. The air conditioning was not allowed to be moved, otherwise warm air would come out. Since this air conditioner was blowing very fiercely towards the t****e bed, it was not possible to leave the air conditioner on at night. This made it warm again very quickly in the room (especially since we slept under the roof). When we asked for an upgrade, we were able to book a room as in the picture, but for an additional € 360. As an encore, they wanted to give us another € 60 discount. Of course we did not do this, as this hotel was / is not worth it at all. The receptionist told us that they often received these comments / complaints from tourists, but that the manager of the hotel usually does not respond to this. When we left after the first night, we were confirmed by email that we would get our money back for the remaining 2 nights. Until now we were not allowed to see a single euro back and we even received an email back that they would not refund anything. Booking also fails to fulfill its obligations here and opens its umbrella. Be smart and don't book this hotel!!

Otelin konumu çok güzel. 15.yy dan kalma modernize edilmiş ve çok şık. Kahvaltısı çok güzel özellikle kahvaltıda verdikleri tatlıları.( Vişneli çörek özellikle) Personel yardımcı özellikle araç park yerinden bavullarınızı golf arabası ile taşımaya yardımcı olan Hektor , Kübalı ve eğlenceli Küba müzikleri eşliğinde size otele gelirken yardımcı oluyor. -Otelin tek dezavantajı otoparkının olmaması. Aracı dışarıya koyuyorsunuz ucretsiz otopark yazıyor otel detaylarında ama bu pek gerçekçi degil maalesef yol kenarına koymak zorunda kalıyorsunuz.

Perast is beautiful and the terrace and jetty are also full of promise. Unfortunately, room no. 8 was designed with little thought. If it is so small that there is only 15 cm between the wall and the bed, it would be advisable not to take an iron bed so that you permanently hit your legs when touching it, which is almost inevitable. Or a bathroom where you can hardly turn even with moderate body measurements. If the door had been hung the other way around, a lot would have been gained. Or if there were storage areas, a lot would also be gained. But everything seems as if there is no plan; management is not in the house anyway and can be spoken to even with a 2-day stay and several inquiries. The breakfast is very sp**** and not worthy of being positioned as a boutique hotel. Everything from the cheapest. It goes very well with the fact that a second coffee should be paid extra for breakfast. Here the philosophy of the management is shown again: Here you are not the hostess but the milkmaid of the guest. A real shame. Thanks to the hard-working employees who try to compensate for a lot of what the management fails to do.
