Points positifs : - Superbe vue et localisation - Petit déjeuner excellent et varié - Chambre relativement propre - Lit spacieux et confortable, grande salle de bains - Établissement à taille humaine Points négatifs : - Le service dans sa globalité. Pas digne d'un 4 étoiles. L'avant-dernier jour nous sommes rentrés à 15h30. La chambre n'était pas faite. Et le dernier jour le personnel a essayé de négocier afin de ne pas la faire... Inadmissible - Chambre A5. Clim impossible à éteindre. Problème signalé à de nombreuses reprises. Rien n'a été fait (séjour de 6 nuits) - Problème de cendrier. Mon mari devait sans cesse et tous les jours en réclamer un. - Mauvais débit internet - Pas de sèche cheveux dans la chambre - Pas de terrasse ni balcon dans la suite A5 (on aurait dû mieux regarder les options sur Booking) NB : seule la dame blonde et le gentil serveur du matin avaient le sens du service. Le reste du personnel était endormi...

Fawlty Towers reimagined. Don’t stay here. No air con working for part of our stay (a common theme I understand). One poor lad serving everyone staying at the hotel so service was extremely slow through no fault of his own - felt very sorry for him. The place was very understaffed. Breakfasts were hit and miss, our room had light bulbs missing (and as the room was brown it made it very difficult to see). Our friends bathroom flooded every time they used it, the bedding did not fit the beds, used glasses were left on the bedside table for 2 days, they ran out of fresh fruit one day, orange juice another and rose wine one evening. Plus there is at least 40 or more uneven steps down to the sea front so not for the elderly or infirm.

We got married in Perast in June 2022 and stayed at this hotel. We were greeted by some lovely, friendly and helpful receptionists. Our room had a balcony with an amazing view of Kotor bay. The room was somewhat tired, so could do with a refurb. There were no tea or coffee facilities and the only iron they could provide belonged to the laundry room so we had to iron all our clothes when we arrived! House keeping wasn't the best, we had to ask for clean wine glasses most days. We used their laundry service but my wedding dress came back with a huge crease down the front. Breakfast, lunch and dinner service wasn't the best, the waiters were slow and could benefit from some training. We were seated at a dirty table which took them 20 minutes to clean and bring us a menu. Also, be aware that the owners and their children use the pool most evenings from approx 4pm, so it can get somewhat loud.

First of all - This hotel has a lovely view and a god location. But the service is fake….they were lying to our faces. We had booked 4 nights and have payed them all in advance through **********. After the first night, we had to leave and fly home due to an emergency, unfortunately. We tell the reception about the situation and they are so kind and we ask if we could arrange a refund, for at least the last two nights. No problem, they just have to sort it out with **********. I call ********** myself and they say, it is not a problem, if the hotel the is okay with it. I tell the reception that they should have gotten an email from ********* where they should confirm the refund. I ask again later in the reception if all is okay, and they answer ‘yes’. I ask once again before we head off to the airport, and they say they just have to figure out how to do the refund, as we have payed for all nights, but they will let us know. Now I am told by ********** that Per Asta refuses to give us any refund, as we are not entitled to it. It is true, we are not! But the ting is that the reception just lied to our faces and the moment we had left the country, they refuse the refund. What kind of hospitality is that. I fully respect cancelation rules but I do not respect when people say something and do something else behind your back. So i would definitely not put my feet here again due to dishonesty from the staff.

Nach einem Missgeschick, das meiner Frau einen gebrochenen Knöchel und einen wenig erfreulichen Aufenthalt im Spital von Risan einbrachte, war ich auf der Suche nach einem möglichst nahen und gut gelegenen Hotel in der Nähe des Spitals und wählte eher zufällig das Hotel Per Astra. - Wie sich herausstellen sollte die perfekte Wahl: Praktisch das gesamte Hotelpersonal spricht gut bis sehr gut Englisch, was bei meinen organisatorischen Angelegenheiten überaus hilfreich war. Darüber hinaus nahmen alle an der Situation Anteil und es war kein Thema, wenn ich um Hilfe bat, sei es zur Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Spital, dem nicht leicht zu organisierenden Transfer zum Flughafen für meine nicht gehfähige Frau, und vieles mehr! Als beispielsweise das Taxi Verspätung hatte, für mich ein Angestellter mit seinem privaten Fahrzeug ins Spital! Diese Liste ließe sich nahezu beliebig fortsetzen. Ich kann mir nur schwer vorstellen, dass ich den Rücktransport ohne diese kompetente, freundliche und effiziente Unterstützung hätte organisieren können! Vielen herzlichen Dank! Aber was gibt es zum Hotel selbst zu sagen? Ich hatte aus zuvor geschilderten Gründen keine Muße, die gebotenen Annehmlichkeiten auszukosten, abgesehen von der hervorragenden Küche! Mein - anscheinend Standardzimmer zu einem sehr guten Preis - kann nur als luxuriös und sehr komfortabel bezeichnet werden! Einzig für gehbehinderte Personen könnten der Zugang zum Hotel und den Zimmern über mehrere Stiegen eine kleine Mühsal darstellen: Aber, wenn diese bewältigbar sind, entschädigt der Rest vollständig! Das Hotel ist definitiv diese "Mühen" wert! Das Zimmer/Suite ist sehr geräumig, mit einem - durch einen Raumteiler abgegrenzten - gemütlichen Aufenthaltsbereich, und mit einem geräumigen Badezimmer inklusive Jacuzzi und einer großzügigen Duschkabine. Gektönt wird das durch ein ausgezeichnetes, komfortables Bett, Der, der Hotelgröße entsprechende Pool war sehr sauber, gepflegt und einladend, ebenso, wie die hübsche kleine Gartenanlage mit mehreren Essplätzen. Der Ausblick auf die Bucht von Kotor ist so eindrucksvoll, dass selbst ich in meiner "abgelenkten Stimmung" das zumindest kurzzeitig genießen und ästimieren konnte! Am Ende meiner Kritik bleibt mir nur Eins, meine uneingeschränkte Empfehlung und meinen tiefsten Dank auszusprechen!

Petit hôtel avec beaucoup de charme. Belle vue sur la baie. Bon accueil. Repas basiques mais très corrects et très copieux. Que des produits frais et de qualité. Chambres très spacieuses et bien équipées. Belle situation proche de la ville et de la baie.

This is very nice small hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. The view from the hotel terrace and rooms is magnificent. One can see the Boka Bay, which is beautiful. The food is also good and tasty. It is not far away from the see side in Perast.

I rarely give a one star review but this one deserves it. I booked to stay here back in Jan 2020 for a Sept 2020 stay. Pre-Covid days, everything certain in life, which is why I was surprised the hotel asked for a 30% deposit but it wasn't a deal-breaker. We obviously couldn't travel on the intended dates, and the airline and other hotel we were going to stay in were very accommodating, but not this one. A guy called Vladimir was very firm that we just can't cancel. We eventually negotiated with him that we'll postpone the booking to summer 2021, but not before he managed somehow to convince us to commit to a higher room price... Come summer 2021, and as much as we wanted to go it was just not possible due to travel restrictions. We haven't changed our minds, we desperately wanted to travel, but it was just not possible. But yet again Vladimir stands firm and wanted another 30% as cancellation fee. Luckily I switched cards since then so he didn't get to do that, but he won't return the original 30%. Took him weeks to reply to repeated messages too. ******* btw were also terrible here, they wrote to me saying they will cover for the hotel's unreasonable behaviour, but the money never arrived despite numerous chasing. I reckon those businesses that behaved in such a way during Covid will be the long-term biggest losers. I will certainly not stay here when I am eventually able to travel to Monte*****, and hopefully this review will convince others to stay away. Businesses like this should suffer the consequences of their behaviour.
