+ Der Garten ist wunderschön mit Pool. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. - Die Zimmer allerdings verfügen über den Charme einer Abstellkammer. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite (Nr. 4). Die Möbel wurden gefühlt vor 50 Jahren in einer Brockenstube gekauft. Das Bad war eine Schuhschachtel mit einer ungepflegten Ablagefläche und einem noch unappetlicheren Lavabo (siehe Bild), einen Spiegel mit Peddigrohrrand habe ich vor 55 Jahren in der Schule gebastelt. Ein solcher hängt heute im Boutiquehotel in Pereira! Wir reisen viel und immer im 4 oder 5 Sterne Segment, aber ein solches Zimmer habe ich noch nie erhalten. Ich würde ihm maximum 1 - 2 Sterne geben. Für einen Aufenthalt von 4 Nächten hat man gerade einmal 2 Kaffeekapseln zugute, der Rest muss bezahlt werden. Da die Zimmer nicht so gross sind mit den Koffern, welche man auf einer Rundreise dabei hat, werden die Nachttische noch mit "stylischen" Büchern belegt. Die Zimmerpflanze war auch keine Augenweide. Als ich ein Kissen in die Hängematte legte, war es darnach schwarz vor Schmutz. Eine besondere Erfahrung war auch die Massage neben einem Generator. Gemäss der Dame dort kann dagegen nichts gemacht werden. Ich war froh nach 90 Minuten dem Lärm zu entgehen. Ist nicht ganz der Sinn einer Massage.

Beautiful, tropical boutique hotel nestled away in the suburbs of Pereira. The staff leading up to our stay were so helpful in accommodating our requests such as rides to the airport and in the area. The hotel itself is a perfect getaway, with a ton of plants and dozens of colorful birds. The room was cozy with a comfortable bed and pillows, and ours had a private terrace to lounge in. We also really appreciated the AC in our room since Pereira can be very humid. Food is delicious, and staff super nice. Can’t wait to come back!

I had no idea the Sazaguza would be such a haven. Great caring staff, excellent food. The bed was comfortable, Direct TV, a small tree where a rainbow of birds feed. The bar is well stocked with wine and alcohol. It’s a little bit of paradise I know I’ve mentioned this before , but it’s the service and the people that make it truly special.

Spacious king suite with a huge balcony. Room showed some wear and tear but was quite comfortable. 2 steps up to the bathroom area created concern those steps would be missed. Staff went above and beyond to meet any requests. Food was delicious. Spoke some English.
