If you are looking for a nice quiet relaxing holiday then this is for you! The hotel is very modern and clean. The food is the best all inclusive I've experienced. I also tried the Asian restaurant which was also amazing. Breakfast is a bit samey but the omelettes are to die for if you don't mind waiting. The pool loungers are comfy but the pool very very cold in April. There are a wide variety of drinks. A water station for filling up so bring a water bottle. The gift shop very reasonable. The lead entertainment guy worked his socks off however some of the entertainment I found a bit dull like the singers. It was a bit flat at night. Pernera is just over a mile walk along the boardwalk which is also perfect for walking or running in the day. WiFi was exceptional in the hotel. All in all a nice break.

We booked a recent holiday with Jet2 and we made what turned out to be the brilliant choice to stay at the beautiful AT Herbal. The hotel is stunning from the moment you walk in, and the class and elegance of the communal areas is continued in the super smart rooms. Our room was both spotless and spacious and the quality of the beds and bedding was sublime. Our room was very well equipped with bathrobes and lovely toiletries, as well as a coffee machine, a good selection of teas and a decent sized fridge to store our own cold drinks. The attention to detail did not stop there either, with really smart glassware and cups and saucers to enjoy the range of drinks available. Each day we made the most of these on our lovely balcony, with fantastic sea views. As mentioned above, the beds and bedding were brilliant quality and it was equally as easy to fall into them at the end of a day, as it was hard to get out of them in the mornings. Outside of the room, the facilities available were brilliant, with both an outdoor and indoor pool, as well as a steam room, sauna and gym, which we all enjoyed. The range of poolside beds were fantastic and the bar had a great offering, catering for both adults and children. Our package was for bed and breakfast, so I cannot comment on lunch or evening dining, but the breakfast was consistently excellent, with a good range of hot and cold offerings. Everything available was as fresh as could be and beautifully presented, and this standard was maintained throughout service. The staff at the hotel were all absolutely wonderful and could not do enough for you, without ever being overbearing. I love a hotel that values all its guests, from the smallest of children to the oldest of adults, and at AT Herbal this is definitely the case. The hotel was spotlessly clean in all areas, with cleaning and maintenance work going on unobtrusively throughout the day. It was clear to see how much the hotel, and it's team, value the high standards that they set. AT Herbal is a wonderful little haven of calm which we absolutely loved and will be certain to return to again and again.

This hotel is completely renovated, everything is new, and super clean against coronovirus issues. The hotel is situated only 3 minutes walk from the beach. Is also withing walking distance of 10 minutes from the Protaras center where are many restaurants, pubs and clubs. Is also 3 minutes away from the Protaras wooden path which is constructed right by the seashore. The staff is super friendly and the owner and the manager are at all times available to talk with you. They are very extremely friendly and they do their best to help you. Great service.

In all honesty, we were underwhelmed when we arrived but it was nearly 11pm and we had already dropped off at some impressive looking hotels. However, it did not take us long to realise that we had misjudged the hotel completely! We’d missed the dinner sitting so there were sandwiches, bottles of water, slices of cake and fruit in the fridge waiting for us, along with the welcome drink. The room was spotless, welcoming and beautifully airy and roomy. Check-in was quick and easy. The hotel is very small, so finding our room was easy. The housekeeping staff were amazing and offered to swap our covers for a duvet after learning that we hadn’t slept well on our first night. The hotel and the grounds were beautifully maintained and clean, with staff always available. The pool and the sea were both a little chilly, since it’s only April, but we swam in both most days. The food is amazing and the service from the wait staff and bar staff was wonderful. They are attentive and helpful, even going to the lengths of learning cocktails that were asked for but not on the menu, remembering that my husband had been selecting peppermint tea and making sure there was a teabag on our table at breakfast and answering any questions we had about the hotel and area. This hotel is very small, with one pool and one restaurant and no entertainment but I would return without hesitation. It is easy to get a bus to Ayia Napa and to walk into more lively areas while being able to relax in a quiet, laid back environment.
