"We stayed for a week here in April. The hotel had just opened and everything was freshly painted. The gardens are beautifully kept and the staff are very attentive. We had a studio it was lovely and clean and spacious and we had a great big balcony. The cleaners came in every other day and changed the bedding and towels. Helena and her family who own the hotel are lovely and nothing is too much trouble . We are in the hotel and the food was very good quality plentiful and reasonably priced. We love the area of Pernera as it’s quieter than protaras and we like to walk a lot. We will definitely return."

"Lovely hotel with a lot of plus points but some minus they definitely need to work on. Firstly the plus. Clean and new hotel, rooms are adequate and lifts either end of hotel and in middle so never waiting too long, maids are great, very professional and the electronic clean my room or do not disturb buttons are brilliant, we were half board only made breakfast once as like a lie in lol, breakfast was ok, evening meals were standard, draught lager was awful but i do find that in most bars in Cyprus. Pool area awesome never struggled for a sunbed and these are deluxe sunbeds, so comfy, great location with station bar opposite which we spent most nights in, pernera 15 min walk (house of lithos best live music) or protaras 20 min walk which we didn’t bother with much. Staff here are lovely no issues. Ok minus points. Only 2 The animation team (2 young girls) and entertainment i get the animation team are young and probably first time doing this job but its not for them. No get up and go whatsoever, hotel states activities during day but they do not happen, one girl only ever appears in the day, puts stuff out ie goal net, swimming noodles, ball then disappears, doesn’t interact with anyone so no one knows whats happening, then 20 mins later collects equipment in? Then on the evening, quiz/karaoke, music is quiet and only one mic so hardly anyone bothers! Only saw one singer on one night for 20 mins she was ok but then again no introduction she just started singing lol. This needs addressing as it would be difference to me coming back or not"

"Hotel was very stylish and relaxing in a fantastic location (not busy) with the beach a literal 2 minutes walk. The pool area has been designed to be like a Ibiza style chill area with plenty of beds. The staff are extremely accommodating and friendly. The pool itself isn't as big as the pictures may suggest, however.....this is in no way an issue but just wanted to point it out. We stayed I'm a side sea view superior room....which was lovely. Marble style floors and plenty of mood lighting with a very stylish/minimalist style bathroom/shower. The breakfast had lots a variety and all done to a high standard."

"The location is also very convenient. There are many interesting places to visit nearby, such as Elias Church, Nissi Neach, the Sculpture Park, and Love Bridge. The bus service is also very good, makig it easy to explore the area. Atmosphere: the staff are exceptionally kind, attentive, and always welcoming guests with a smile, creating a truly warm and family-like atmosphere.We especially appreciated that erevyone took the time to ask how we were and how we were enjoing our stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and well maintained. The food and desserts were excellent, and we anjoyed every meal. Excellent service. The hotel is undergoing a major investment and new areas are being added. The large swimming pool and the private beach bay provide of space, so the guests are nicely distributed and the hotel does not feel crowded. Every evening there is a mini disco followed by live music and entertainment shows for adults, creating a pleasant atmosphere."

"Excellent hotel right on the beach with sea views. Location, location, location. Very good breakfast with plenty of choice although nothing changed during our week in residence. Staff are lovely throughout. Rooms were very big with comfortable beds. Ample parking and large pool with plenty of sunbeds situated on a very big terrace. Bar prices were very reasonable and there was also a very nice coffee shop on site. We'll definitely stay again, it was a real gem for the money."

"The selling point of this hotel is definitely the location you can’t fault it, 3 beautiful beaches within walking distance & lots of lovely local restaurants. The pool area is clean and very quiet, although this was out of season, pool is cleaned regularly. We stayed in a two storey maisonette with our son sleeping on the sofa bed downstairs and with a bedroom upstairs, we had a problem with the air-con downstairs on the first night switching off which lead to a very sweaty sleepless night for our son, but was soon rectified the next day. The rooms are basic but clean although the toilet had stains which doesn’t give a first good impression & I’m sure could be fixed with a new seat & a bit of bleach! A patio table which had seen better days & coffee table covered in cup marks, again could all easily be rectified. Most staff are friendly although the gentleman on reception when we arrived in the evening did not really communicate with us, feel he was probably there more as a security guard rather than receptionist as we had no greeting, smile or even a “how are you” he just took us to our rooms & gave us our keys, not a great first impression however other staff there in the day were friendly. The breakfast was fine for us, yes it’s not 5* in terms of choice but it’s fresh & tasty and sets you up for the day. Overall this place is great value for money & with a few tweaks could be a real hidden gem, would we return? Yes I think we probably would."

The hotel is spotless, the staff are friendly and attentive. Hotel a very short walk from the main strip so nice and quiet but not far from plenty of bars, shops and the beach."

"Stayed in villa number 1 in October. Absolutely fantastic villa with everything we needed and a amazing sea view to watch the sunrise. The villa was spotless and the maid Sangeeta worked so hard. Fresh bath and beach towels everyday. Fruit, drinks, wine and sandwiches n the fridge on our arrival and a couple of times throughout the week we had fruit and cakes delivered. The beds are the comfiest beds I have ever slept in. Check in at the hotel was smooth when we arrived at midnight. My only criticism would be the pool was too cold."

"Do not book this hotel!! 1. staffs are all angry, no one says hi, good morning or anything!! 2. they do not turn on the aircondition in the lobby. 3. bar man looks like he wants to beat someone up! i simply asked if it was ok that we sit and play card on some of the tables outside - his answer without looking in my eyes " why u dont play in your rooms"!!! 4. i asked if there is some music in pool area, because i could see the speakers on the bar - his answer: no, go away - its broken!! 5. the reception woman at night, sits outside with her phone, smokin cigarettes and angry as well!! no service at all. 6. Maria from the cleaning team is the only one who acts like a human. she is very nice. rest of them should all be fired!! Never ever again this hotel - you will regret it!!!"
