Since there is no basic twin room type, the hotel helped find a deluxe twin room with a free upgrade. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and explained the issue of credit card deposit very clearly.

I highly recommend it. The front desk is very unfriendly. The room is very small. The suitcases in the 28-room apartment completely block the door when opened. The air conditioning in the room cannot be controlled by myself. I wanted to make it warmer. I called the front desk but there was no response. The trash can in the bathroom could not be opened at all. This is the worst hotel for traveling in Australia.
