Terrible room: attic, forced to bend over to avoid hitting your head (even in the bathroom); very old furniture, decent cleanliness, small windows. Despite this, the hotel hides very beautiful and ancient parts (a wonderful reading room on the third floor, the breakfast room, a shared balcony with table and chairs, the external façade covered in ivy) but as the name suggests, a lot of luck is needed regarding the room. Good breakfast, not very good (also considering that it was paid separately). Friendly and very helpful staff, yes. Any cots or cots for small children for a fee. Possibility to leave your luggage after check-out. The location is certainly exceptional, practically in the centre, but it should also be noted that being close to clubs and restaurants there will be a lot of noise in the evening and at night. Be careful when reaching the hotel by car, because to leave the area you pass through very narrow streets. Ultimately very convenient for getting around on foot, but definitely too expensive for the old and decrepit room that they gave us (and of which they don't show any photos online).

Hotel caratteristico nel centro storico di Perugia, con una terrazza da dove si vede tutta Perugia, peccato per il tempo che non ci ha permesso di vedere il panorama in maniera limpida, ci siamo trovati molto bene, camere attrezzatissime, personale davvero molto gentile e disponibile.

Abbiamo passato una sola notte in questo hotel, ma è stata un'esperienza davvero positiva. La struttura è nel cuore del centro storico, in un palazzo d'epoca, la camera era molto spaziosa, con soffitti altissimi e curata nell'arreddamento. Il letto davvero comodo e il bagno grande e ben tenuto. Una menzione speciale va fatta ad Alessia alla reception, davvero gentile e premurosa.

Ottimo albergo,centrale, pulito, elegante con mobili d'epoca e con soffitti affrescati e molto belli. Colazione ricca e varia. Camere con balcone, belle ma, mi sarebbe piaciuto uno specchio in più. Personale disponibile, gentile e molto professionale.. Una nota stonata, che assolutamente non condivido è stato vedere negli ambienti comuni quadri astratti o, sulla città di Venezia,certamente non pertinenti ne all'arredo né alla cultura del luogo. Siamo a Perugia e Mi son chiesta quale criterio abbia spinto l'allestitore a ciò, avendo a Perugia, patria del Perugino, Pinturicchio e Alfani e... non continuo la lista per questioni di spazio, a non inserire le riproduzioni delle loro uniche e meravigliose opere ammirate in tutto il mondo. Ottimo hotel tre stelle in centro (sconsiglio auto a meno che non la lasciate ad uno dei parcheggi a pagamento più in basso e prendiate poi le comode scale mobili). Camere non grandi ma pulite e silenziose in un ambiente davvero particolare di antica casa nobiliare. Colazione abbondante. Personale gentile.

Historic hotel in the center of Perugia, the stay was all good, the only considerations were the extremely hot rooms (we were unable to lower the temperature).
