Stanza pessima: mansardata, obbligati a star piegati per non picchiare la testa (anche in bagno); mobili vecchissimi, pulizia decente, finestre piccole.
Nonostante questo l'hotel nasconde parti molto belle ed antiche (una stupenda sala lettura al terzo piano, la sala colazioni, un balcone comune con tavolo e sedie, la facciata esterna ricoperta d'edera) ma come suggerisce il nome serve molta Fortuna riguardo la stanza.
Colazione buona, non buonissima (contando anche che era pagata a parte).
Personale gentile e molto disponibile, questo sì.
Eventuali lettini o culle per bambini piccoli a pagamento.
Possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check-out.
Di sicuro la posizione è eccezionale, praticamente in centro, ma da contare anche che essendo vicina a locali e ristoranti ci sarà parecchio rumore di sera e notte.
Attenzione a raggiungere l'hotel in auto, perché per uscire poi dalla zona si passa attraverso strade strettissime.
In definitiva comodissimo per spostarsi a piedi, ma decisamente troppo costoso per la stanza vecchia e decrepita che ci hanno rifilato (e di cui non mostrano alcuna foto online).

Ottimo albergo,centrale, pulito, elegante con mobili d'epoca e con soffitti affrescati e molto belli. Colazione ricca e varia. Camere con balcone, belle ma, mi sarebbe piaciuto uno specchio in più. Personale disponibile, gentile e molto professionale.. Una nota stonata, che assolutamente non condivido è stato vedere negli ambienti comuni quadri astratti o, sulla città di Venezia,certamente non pertinenti ne all'arredo né alla cultura del luogo. Siamo a Perugia e Mi son chiesta quale criterio abbia spinto l'allestitore a ciò, avendo a Perugia, patria del Perugino, Pinturicchio e Alfani e... non continuo la lista per questioni di spazio, a non inserire le riproduzioni delle loro uniche e meravigliose opere ammirate in tutto il mondo. Sono certa che questa lacuna sarà facilmente colmata. Ringrazio e mi congratulo ancora con tutto il personale. Francesca e Luca

Ottimo hotel tre stelle in centro (sconsiglio auto a meno che non la lasciate ad uno dei parcheggi a pagamento più in basso e prendiate poi le comode scale mobili). Camere non grandi ma pulite e silenziose in un ambiente davvero particolare di antica casa nobiliare. Colazione abbondante. Personale gentile.

Albergo storico nel pieno centro di Perugia, tutto bene il soggiorno , uniche considerazioni camere iper calde (non siamo riusciti ad abbassare la temperatura) .

Can't imagine a better choice for Perugina.
A restored palazzo: pproviding elegant, comfortable modern rooms & bathrooms but maintaining the beauty & charm of a historic building.
1st - the location: PERFECT. Easily reached using the elevator up from the light rail train station or escalators from bus depot.
HEART of the stunning medieval town. A few steps and you are THERE!
Hotel staff was welcoming, the reception area tasteful & decorated nicely for Christmas when we were there mid Dec 2023.
Our 3rd floor room looked out to narorw street that is 95% pedestrian (only city workers & deliveries). Double paned windows? Wonderfully quiet. Room was a good size for Europe & cozily warm.
The bed & bedding: truly excellent. Shower, WC in general very good. As our room was on the 3rd floor, just off the gorgeous sitting room shown in the pictures with a painted ceiling: we felt it was all ours as no one else ever used it! (Perfect for spreading out our map & planning materials, or simply enjoying our bottle of wine! Hotel provided proper glasses.)
Breakfast room is equally beautifully restored with original frescoes - a big bright room tastefully done and with a lovely buffet (various pastries, local cheeses, meats, hard boiled eggs, and the usual baked goods, cereals, yogurt, fresh and stewed fruits, excellent local jams & honey.) There's a hotel coffee maker but if the staff isn't busy, ask & they'll make you one on a real espresso machine! What a treat.

Great location, friendly staff and comfortable room. The room is in need of a fresh coat of pain but otherwise I enjoyed my stay and would recommend Hotel Fortuna.

Es un hotel magnífico en el centro histórico de Perugia. El hotel es un edificio histórico del siglo XIII y sus habitaciones conservan su estado original. El desayuno incluido fue sustancioso y un aspecto destacado.

A beautiful little hotel right in the middle of the medieval town of Perugia Italy. Short walk to the Centro. Lots of good restaurants around Centro. Room small but very clean and comfy. One of the top places I have stayed.
