Very nice, family run B&B old style Italian country house with good size grounds.
Well stocked common kitchen, good breakfast, well sized room with full facilities.
Lots of space for parking.
The owners are very friendly and helpful.
Altogether, a very good place to stay at whilst visiting the area around Perugia.

Il B&B è ricavato in un casale in collina, ai margini di un boschetto, distante 10 minuti di auto da Perugia. La tranquillità e silenzio della zona garantiscono massimo relax e riposo. Indispensabile, però, arrivarci in auto. Non penso, infatti, che ci siano mezzi pubblici che lo raggiungano. In compenso, non esiste nessun problema per parcheggiare. Gestione familiare caratterizzata da gentilezza e disponibilità per qualsiasi esigenza. Molto apprezzati i consigli su come muoversi, dove mangiare e cosa visitare. Le camere sono ampie, dotate di bagno, smart TV, wifi gratuito, macchinetta per il caffè con cialde, frigorifero, asciugamani in numero adeguato, phon e climatizzazione. Pulizia e cura impeccabili sia della stanza, sia di lenzuola e asciugamani. Colazione abbondante, varia e con prodotti locali. Costo non bassissimo ma, comunque, inferiore alla media della zona. Consigliatissimo!

Essa pequena pousada foi perfeita para nossa família, muito confortável e os proprietários foram muito atenciosos, acomodando nosso check-in tardio à noite. Quartos e banheiros confortáveis, muito limpos, sem problemas de odor no banheiro (comum em propriedades antigas), aquecimento no inverno quentinho. O café da manhã gratuito é delicioso, com delícias preparadas pelos proprietários. A localização é perfeita para quem viaja de carro pois está fora do centro histórico e assim não corremos o risco de cruzar a ZTL e tomar multas.

Heerlijk verblijf op een prachtige locatie even buiten Perugia. Vriendelijke hosts. Zeer schoon. Prima ontbijtje. De gastheer zorgt via whats app voor plattegronden, bezienswaardigheden, goede restaurants en nuttige telefoonnummers. Super adres om de prachtige stad Perugia te verkennen.

Andare a Perugia e sentirsi a casa. Situato a solo 7 minuti di macchina offre un soggiorno unico. Immerso nella natura con vista sulla vallata. Camere non molto spaziose ma dotate di tutti i comfort... Frigo,TV,macchina per caffè a uso gratuito,aperitivo ma soprattutto un ottima colazione...come un tempo fatta in casa. Balconcino comodo e letti comodi. Unico neo si necessita di macchina per raggiungere il centro

Ho soggiornato in questo bellissimo B&B con il mio fidanzato per un weekend alla scoperta dell’Umbria. I proprietari e i loro figli sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. La struttura è ben tenuta, grande e accogliente. Noi abbiamo alloggiato nella camera orchidea, mansardata e spaziosa. La colazione è ricca, varia e abbondante. La location è perfetta per chi ama la tranquillità della campagna ed è comoda per girare in macchina e raggiungere facilmente Perugia, Assisi e il lago Trasimeno.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti in questa struttura e, che dire, semplicemente ineccepibili. La struttura si trova appena fuori le mura di Perugia, su una collinetta. I titolari sono sempre molto disponibili, sin dall'arrivo danno indicazioni utilissime sul cosa visitare, dove trovare parcheggi gratuiti e dove mangiare. La camera è molto accogliente, c'è tutto l'indispensabile per rilassarsi e passare qualche giorno in santa pace. Viaggiare di notte non è proprio l'ideale perché negli ultimi chilometri manca l'illuminazione, ma non è un grosso problema. Colazione abbondante. Stra-consigliato!!!
