The hotel is conveniently located in the city center.
My room was small, but cosy. There is a decent pool with wet and finnish sauna.
The breakfast service needs improvement, as well as cleaning.

This beautiful hotel is in a great location in Perugia. Everything in walking distance. The hotel food was amazing. But what impressed me most was the service of the hotel staff. I injured my leg and they got me ice and called a doctor for me right away with a portable ultrasound to quickly diagnose and help me with my injury. The doctor spoke excellent English and came to my room at 9pm!! Grateful for all the care I received.

My wife and I have stayed at the Brufani Hotel 5 times over the last 10 years, and each time is a wonderful experience. The hotel has old world charm but more importantly, the service sets this hotel apart from others. The GM, Stefano Chiesa, has instilled upon his staff that the guest is to be treated like family. From the reception desk where Eva and Valeria do everything they can to make your stay a wonderful experience to Lucio in the dining room who will make recommendations, to the chef who has created a very diverse menu, you will be treated like royalty. We have traveled to Italy 8 times, staying in 11 different towns and visiting 39 different towns and none can compare to the wonderful experience we have at the Brufani. If you are in Perugia, don't miss the Pearl of Perugia, the Brufani Hotel.

This hotel might once have been worth its 5 star claim but it is now trying to cater for tour groups , breakfast was a buffet which was unchanged in the 7 days we were there. Being vegetarian we were not impressed that the little cheese there was was next to cooked meat and the tongs provided were being used for both. The staff mostly very young were cheery but not well trained, the day two tours tried to have early breakfasts was chaos. Coffee which should be an Italian specialty was not good. Our room was tired and where repairs had been made to the wood work it was not well done.

Stayed here for three nights while visiting Perugia. The location right in the center of town was excellent. We had to park offsite down a few escalators, which really wasn’t too much of a problem. The rooms were nice and spacious although I thought the cost of the hotel was more expensive than it probably should’ve been. I guess that’s what you get in a larger city in Umbria. The breakfast was nice. Staff were attentive. We did not use the pool although we visited it and it seemed pretty nice.

Piękne miejsce i świetne wnętrza. Polecam restaurację na wieczór. Śniadania smaczne, nie brakuje zieleniny i można zamówić omlety i jajka na wiele sposobów. Basen choć nie jest wielki to urzeka usytuowaniem w starych fundamentach pałacu papieskiego
