Very central and well located hotel. Close to the train station and the bus terminal for various destinations. In the immediate vicinity, numerous shops and meeting places, with a wide choice of menus for all tastes (wine bars, salad bars, typical restaurants, fish restaurants, etc.). Well furnished and well-kept hotel, welcoming and friendly staff, rich and inviting breakfast buffet, thorough cleanliness in the rooms and common areas. Good value for money. An indecent place, I don't understand how they keep a place like this open. Falling apart, dirty, and absurdly priced. Passed off as 3 stars but I wouldn't even give it one star. I saw things that not even in third world countries. Shower arm held with rope, air conditioner drain draining into shower with dirty hose and outside. Whatever was left in your hands, old and dirty blanket, mattress with a hole in the middle and patched up. What is incredible even for a 1-star hotel, let alone a three-star one. I didn't change places just because there was nothing left in Pescara. But maybe I would have been better off sleeping on the street. This is one of those places that damages Italian tourism. Staff aside, kind, and in my opinion even mortified, otherwise a disgrace! I hope that those responsible will go and check what we are talking about. I myself will alert and report such a shame!

Excellent location if traveling by train or bus. Although a little dated, it worked well for my Stay. Breakfast is OK. Barely worth paying extra for but nice to have in the building. I would stay there again.

The man with the beard at the reception is grumpy and verbally violent.... You won't leave here if you don't pay for the room and the garage.... While he should have paid for the theater which in fact happened after 40 minutes of seizure of person .... In my opinion it is not the right job for him. Dangerous
