"We stayed one night while passing through Pescara. Outside reserved parking for three cars. Before arrival we were contacted to confirm arrival time in order to provide us with entry codes. Everything is OK. Our bedroom and bathroom are beautiful and spacious. Maximum score up to this point....unfortunately for us that day there was a very bad and strong smell of chickenpox, probably indicative of removed mold, the fact is that it was not a pleasant night spent with windows open at night for passage and change of air; in the morning we left immediately. I imagine the problem was then resolved. Despite the inconvenience involved, the solution would still be advisable."

"the staff is very welcoming and accommodations comfortable and well designed. it is conveniently located not far from the beach and not far from the center. i liked the common areas, especially the library with its books. the only thing i didn’t like was the large screen monitor in breakfast room playing “calming” spa-like music - however, i may be in the minority about these mood-creating backgrounds."
