Si tratta di un bed and breakfast senza breakfast, senza personale in accoglienza e al check out, non economico, in un appartamento in buone condizioni ricavato in un palazzetto condominiale in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla stazione FS, probabilmente la ragione più sostanziale per le scelta.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo splendida struttura per una notte e abbiamo trovato delle camere che sembravano appena ristrutturate. Parquet perfetto,bagno pulitissimo senza la minima traccia di calcare, letto comodo con lenzuola pulitissime. Tutto perfetto e scoprire che hanno fatto i lavori bel 2016 fa capire quanto ci tengano alla pulizia e a far trovare ai clienti una stanza veramente confortevole. Ultimo ma nn ultimo la nostra camera dava sulla strada nel pieno centro storico ma c è un isolamento tale da nn sentire nulla. Co prossimo x Girare il centro e a 300 mt dal mare

B&B super carino. Posizione centralissima, pieno di locali belli sotto al portone. Stanza curata nel dettaglio, arredata con eleganza e gusto. Dimensioni piccoline, ma curate, quindi comodissima come appoggio per vedere Pescara. Il mare a due passi e la proprietaria gentile e disponibile, sempre reperibile al telefono. Consigliatissimo, ci tornerei!

We had difficulty finding the property, and the COVID check-in procedures were a bit excessive. Parking is 300 meters away and lugging suitcases 2 flights wasn't expected. Room was small but very charming, A/C was welcome. Bathroom small, prepare to walk in then back out.

Just a one night stay here, great location close to beach and also the bars and restaurants in town. The Bedroom and bathroom are well designed and look newly new and everything is very clean. Host support was outstanding. Recommended.

Struttura molto bella, ottima posizione rispetto al mare ed alla stazione ferroviaria. La proprietaria molto gentile oltre che disponibile e pronta a Dare seguito alle nostre richieste.La stanza confortevole seppur non grandissima. Pulizia eccellente. Peccato manchi la colazione sarebbe stato molto piacevole.
