The buffet breakfast is good

Stayed for the night of November 23,2023. I given three stars because hotel is under renovation and there was disturbances due to noise. Staff general attitude was very casual. Most of them were more interested to talk to each other rather than paying attention to customers. Had dinner and breakfast in rooftop restaurant Nazara. Food was good but not the service. Didn’t use any other facilities due to short stay. Serena hotels in Pakistan have unique designs and build. I hope this hotel matches the quality and standards of Faisalabad Serena after renovations.

Stayed in Serean Peshawar with my family from 5th Novemebr to 7th November 2023. The Manager Mr Arif Baloch welcomed us and was very helpful and professional. Our stay was made pleasurable and comfortable by all the hotel staff everywhere in the hotel during our stay. I want to mention our floor supervisor Mr Ijaz Ali Qazi and the floor boy Mr Rafi Ullah. They couldn't be more helpful and obliging. The 5th Floor rstaurant was amazing with excellent variety of delicious food and service. The rooms were very basic . I think its becuase theres a lot of renovations going on. We as a family will highly recommend this hotel.

This palace was Soo beautiful I really want to explore the world and we all loved this place I always explore the world and goo many different places because I loved to enjoy and explore cities Soo the experience was so good

I would like to advise you on something that can help to improve the guest experience as well. The room interior needs to be improved, sofas condition were not good, overall the room was looking old. Show shiners were not in place. Dine in-service was good but the taste, sorry to say, was not even average, we ordered chicken handi and its not even look like so long story short, you need to improve the taste of the food as well. In Breakfast, I would suggest, maintaining Sereena Islamabad's breakfast menu Thanks

I am glad Serena Hotels have recently taken over this property from Pearl Continental Hotel. While the reception space has changed slightly everything else remains very PC. The quality of rooms have a lot to ask for. Toilets and it’s fixtures are in bad state . Had this still been Pc my rating would have been higher knowing what to expect. However , more , much more is expected of Serena. I have seen a very positive change in staff attitude . They are now more welcoming, carry a smile and much more responsive… very serena hotel type service ! I hope they work on the rooms also soon Additionally… a slight irritant is no ‘go to cups’ at breakfast area for business travellers who just want coffee and leave

I stayed at this hotel in 2006 when it was run by Pearl Continental and it was comfortable but in need of upgrading even back then. Fast forward seven years and Serena has just taken over, but the hotel is even more fraying around the edges. The staff are too: the Pashtun people are amongst the world’s friendliest and most hospitable, but you wouldn’t know it staying here. They aren’t unfriendly, but don’t exactly make you welcome either. The furniture remains old and dark. Rooms and bathrooms are small. The tiled floors make it easy to keep clean, however. Heating is very good in winter. Too good. Unfortunately, you can’t control the temperature so I turned it off as the room was otherwise boiling. There is no kettle or tea or coffee making facilities in the room! A first for me in Pakistan. Even 2 or 3 star provincial hotels have this. WIFI is poor for what is supposed to be Peshawar’s best hotel. It’s very slow and you often lose the connection. Laundry service was efficient and unlike Pearl Continental where you have to pay cash on delivery, get a voucher or block an amount on your credit card, they trust you to settle upon departure. The breakfast buffet is excellent but unless you have room for another buffet meal cone dinner time, you are out of luck. There is no physical room service menu in the room. Just a QR code which takes you to a 50 page general Information booklet about all the Serenas. Try and flip to the room service menu and you can’t as you need to go page by page and the WIFI is too poor. I therefore walked to the restaurant which insisted I had to eat from the buffet. I asked to see the room service menu supposedly available all day until 11 PM, Guess what? If the item wasn’t served as part of the buffet it was “closed.” So for two nights I had fruits and nuts for dinner. All I wanted was a simple soup… but that’s impossible to get here. Serena has only just taken over. I can only hope they improve quickly, as this Serena is badly letting down the brand.

I have been visiting this place for past few years.It's good hotel to stay in this area.The staff has always been very nice and welcoming.Specail appreciation for Zeeshan,Farah,Fida,Areej , Kamran and Mr Zafar. Keep it up 😊
